My wife purchased 6 pieces of art and about $4500 worth of art on the ship. 4 pieces were supposed to be transferred to other frames and shipped to us. Those 4 pieces came unframed and these people claimed there is some code on the receipt that would indicate that they were unframed pieces, of course the code is a 4 character code and not understandable. They now want another $600 to frame the pieces. ****** this company and see what other people have to say.Park West Gallery Response

Wow bummer rating for Park West Gallery!!! What is up with that?I love my art, have loved the art auctions at sea in 2002, 2014, and 2023. Now love the weekend online auctions. The auctioneers make it entertaining and educational at once. When one of my pieces arrived not-quite-perfect I was referred to *************************** in Park West repair department and she sent me a shipping label, Park West paid for shipping both ways and sent it back to me perfect. I ordered four pieces of artwork, framed, on board a cruise. The pieces are absolutely gorgeous. There was an issue with one of them (a small scrape and the canvas wasnt stretched properly. Due to the death of my husband around the time that I had received it, it was past the 30 day return window. I notified Park West via email and they responded promptly. They graciously accepted the return and went above and beyond to remedy the issue, even sending me a box with packing material to ship the item to them. ******* was very professional and a pleasure to work with. We have purchased many pieces of artwork from ********* and always received high-quality work. One of our recent purchases was not framed properly and it took three times to get it right. That being said, *********************** on the Customer Support team was so gracious and helpful. He personally inspected the piece and sent me a photo, before shipping it back it back the third time. Things may not always be perfect - but Park West and its employees will do everything in their power to make it right!Park West Gallery Response

Id been waiting months for two items when I called Park West to ask what was wrong. Luckily, I was assisted by ****** who diligently worked on my case. I wont bore you with the details, but I will say that the matter was complicated and time-consuming. ****** never halted her efforts, however, and gave me regular updates. She was always polite and professional in her emails, and she always made me feel like a valued part of the Park West family. She personally confirmed that both items were on their way to my home, and I couldnt be happier with the way everything worked out.Park West Gallery Response

Bought some artwork on a cruise. Awesome experiance. But one of the artwork came to ** with it not fitting in the frame correctly. Reached out to customer service, they sent info to have it picked up, and returned it looking outstanding. *********************** kept good communcation and clear instruction through the whole proccess. We purchased some art on a cruise last year. When one piece arrived, the frame did not seem like what we had wanted. Through interaction with *******************************, we were able to select the frame we wanted, get the art returned easily, and observe what the art would look like before it got shipped to us. Two other pieces were addressed in a similar manner and look great on our walls. Deylin was diligent, timely and very pleasant to interact with. Have had some questions about purchases. And a piece got damaged during transit by shipping co. Made contact with *************************** and all was taken care of. We have been PW customers since July and have made purchases first on a cruise, then online, and more recently at a VIP land event. We've received 12 out of the 16 in total purchased to date. Shipping damages will occur and have had on a few of ours. I've sent one back and had it reframed. I have one now that I will have done locally. I just got an email from Meivys that my new frame will be here within 10 days. The customer service has been outstanding! There are times it seems like it takeds a while to get a ahold of someone. It seems like they could use a few more reps at times but I know when I see ********'s email after I reach out, I know all will be taken care of quickly. Overall, we love how we are treated by all at PW from top to bottom. We've met many employees and haven't been disappointed in anyone yet.Park West Gallery Response
