      I paid them $2768 for a treatment plan that included several laser treatments and some other services at a discounted rate. After the first service, I called to make another appointment and was told they could no longer see me as a patient. When asked why, I was told to contact there manager via email to which I did on three separate occasions over a2 week period to which I got no response. I tried calling and asking to speak to this so called manager, but the representative didnt know who that was, or how to contact them. ***?? I had been going there for a couple of years, but once they got that almost $3,000 payment, they dropped me!! Thank God my husband paid with his **************** because I was able to reverse the payment and get my money back! These people are straight up crooks! I cant say that the actual technicians were involved in anything but the selling of the package, but whomever is running the place is definitely stealing from people. THEY ARE NOT TRUSTWORTHY!! BUYER BEWARE!! THEY WILL CON YOU INTO PAYING A BUNCH OF MONEY AND THEN REFUSE SERVICE AND NOT TELL YOU WHY!!

      Very excited to come and have my first lip filler done here. Dedicated my morning to my appointment I booked two weeks in advance. Called me multiple time this week to confirm my appointment and sent me messages on run down of procedure. Showed up today for my 10:30AM appointment and they told me I would be waiting an hour. Very disappointed wasted my time and energy. Would not recommend and will not spending any money or time here.

      I very much wish I had done my research on this company/company deal, "*****" and filler "special" or at least I could have read reviews. If something seems too good to be true.. IT LIKELY IS!! Very curious to see how they'll rectify my issue. I would normally NEVER leave an open review! However, after reading the many complaints, I feel I need to make note of my disappointment as well. Joining the many others who were NOT satisfied with their results. I've been getting ***** for many years, and have never needed the amount that was injected@Allure. I believe they more than doubled the dosage I usually receive. Probably because it's not the actual ***** brand. and not being able to appropriately inject in the forehead?? Not knowing what dosage is appropriate to not get eye droop/spock eye.. An educated technician should know the limits. The pre-filled syringes?? I've never had anybody NOT disperse the product in front of me. I don't know! I guess we'll see what they have to say. Definitely wished I'd done some research though.

      ********* prescribed an antibiotic for my mom after having varicose vein treatments. It was in her file that she is allergic to penicillin... but he prescribed a medication that is in the penicillin family. She had a horrible reaction to it and went into shock. Her throat closed. She ended up having to be put in a drug induced coma. She has been sick ever since. This doctor almost killed her.

      I am writing to express my deep disappointment with Allure Medical in *********. I invested over $1,000 in a treatment that yielded no results, or rather, produced awful results. My neck is now disfigured and numb, leaving me extremely distressed. To make matters worse, no aftercare instructions were provided, and when I tried to reach out to discuss my discomfort and the horrible outcome, no one was available for days. The only communication I received was a text message confirming another esthetic appointment. This lack of care and consideration is unacceptable. I urge others not to waste their time and money at this establishment.

      I've been going to the Shelby ******** for 5 years. I love this place! ***** gave me a laser treatment called clear and brilliant, it was great! Everyone there is so nice and accommodating. Whether it's Botox, laser, or just medical grade lotions, it's worth it!

      This is the worst place to go to have any cosmetic procedure done! Especially a woman names *****, she was extremely rude and rushed through my fraxel session! She turned down the heat setting without asking me which efected my results. Basically it was a waste of $1200.I gave them another chance only to be disappointed again. I got another fraxel session and added prp $150 add on. The girl who did my session forgot to put it on and after she realized she tried to cover it up by giving me the syringe of prp and told me to use it at home. This place is the worst place ever! DO NOT WASTE YOU'RE MONEY!!! If i could give 0 stars i would.

      This has been an extremely disappointing experience at this medical spa. I regret to say that my interaction with ************************* has been unsatisfactory and has left me feeling misled. I have getting Botox for 12 years. During my consultation, I clearly expressed my desire for a specific treatment regarding a deep wrinkle line on my forehead. I regularly get my Botox treatment in Vegas. ********** assured me that his suggested procedure would address the issue, even offering a complimentary touch-up if needed if it wasnt a success. However, after two weeks and attempting the suggested treatment, the promised results were not achieved. When I brought this to the attention of the staff, I was met with resistance from ********** and an attempt to charge me for additional services. This discrepancy between the promised outcome and the reality of the situation is unacceptable. As a business owner myself, I understand the importance of upholding promises and delivering on commitments. Unfortunately, this experience cost me $880 for my first treatment, but it was a ****** learnt. I didn't even want the follow up touch up treatment after even if it was free and walked out. This type of service and deception eroded my trust in the professionalism and integrity of this establishment. I would never recommend this place to anyone unless I really hated them.

      Terrible!! The botox is highly watered down. The nurses are puppets and only trying to sell you additional products. i had a 6pm appointment and didn't go back until 7:15pm and they were extremely rude and telling me how busy they were. i told them i didn't see anyone in any of the rooms. Complete scam and i would warn anyone to do their homework and NOT go to Allure - way better places out there to get botox.
