I ordered 6 windows from ****** on 10-25-21 for $7050.00. They said my windows would be in sometime in December and they would call when they received them to set up a install date. I called ****** in December to see if windows would be in and they said there was a delay that we are now expecting them in January. I called ****** in January to get the status of my windows and they said they won't be in till the end of march.. they keep delaying me and won't refund me my money. Now online says they are shut down permanently. I'm pretty sure they planned to take my money from the start.

On 8-25-21 we had a salesman (***********************) from this *** come and quote replacing several windows in our home. We had worked with this *** several years ago at a different home and they were excellent. So we came to an agreement on which windows to replace and put $2000 down with a check which was cashed on 8/30/21. 9/15/21 we contacted Ray because we were told someone from the *** would contact us to remeasure and verify the order so they could be installed before Thanksgiving. However the guys they sent did not seem to know what they were doing and were trying to change our whole order. We asked to cancel the order but they said we would forfeit our down payment. Ray had his mgr contact us to set an apt but the manager never showed up for the apt on 9/21. When my husband contacted the ofc number the secretary said the mgr got stuck in the ofc. Why did we have to call them to find that out? Then we were told that because of all the issues the windows wouldnt be installed until Dec. Again we asked to cancel the order as we didnt have faith that they knew what they were doing but were told we would forfeit the down payment. We couldnt afford to forfeit that money and with everything that was going on with products being delayed for months with CV19 we had no choice but to wait. We called to check on the status after Thanksgiving and we were told it would now be spring. So we tried not to think about it and take care of the other projects we had been working on. But last week my husband decided to call again since it was now April 22 with no further contact. We tried the 800 number and the 269 number on our receipt and the phone numbers do not get answered. There is a generic voice mail box after about 20 rings and you dont know if its even for that *** We also tried to contact via their website but they havent responded through that either. We were told in December the salesman we worked with Ray, was no longer with the *** so we dont know what to do

I ordered 8 replacement windows on 10-7-2021. I paid $2388.98 for these windows. ****** was to call me when the windows were finished. In February, I realized I hadn't heard from them. I called ************ and left numerous messages, but never received a call back. I went to the store and no one was at the location. The sign on the door- dated 3-1-22 says to call and set up an appointment. I then called ************ and ************ and those numbers just rang off the hook. Calling the *******, ******* office, ************ ****** that the number has been disconnected. I placed a post on ******** hoping I could get some info. I did go to my CU to file a dispute on the **** card I used.I just want my windows If they can't provide them I want a full refund

This business contracted with me to provide and install 2 sliding glass doors in my home. This contract was signed on 4/26/21. I gave them a 50% down payment of $2,663. Every time I called them they had a different excuse about why they were not keeping their end of the bargain. The first time I called they said shipping was delayed from the manufacturer because of COVID. The second time it was because the screen doors weren't ready. I told them I would take the glass doors without the screens, but they said the manufacturer would not agree to that. The third time they said delivery and installation would occur withing 2-3 weeks, that the doors were "on the truck" to be delivered to them. The fourth time they said that "for some reason" the doors were not on the truck and they did not have them yet. I drove to the business in Schoolcraft, Michigan. There was a car parked outside the building but the door was locked and no one responded when I knocked. I called the phone number on the note posted on the door but no one answered and it was not an option to leave a voicemail. I have called several times in the past few weeks but no one answers the phone and there was again no option to leave a voicemail. The number on the contract is ******. ******************* is the company representative's name on the contract. I just want my money back. Please help!

Contracted with wholesale windows in early 2021 for replacement windows. Windows arrived in October, but were too large to fit the framing. Installers cut to edges off the windows to make them fit, voiding the manufacturers warranty. After my complaining, they reordered windows in the correct size. However, the first windows they installed were never clad, exposing the interior framing of our house to the elements. The company does not respond to phone calls and the building is closed up. I have had to contract with another company to get windows installed. I would like to have my down payment returned ($4000).
