When I purchased the car back in June 12th 2023, the Salesmen ****** promised me my used vehicle, a 2012 ****** Pathfinder would be safe for my family of young children. Since they delivered me the car a day later, after leaving 2 miles from my work, the check engine light came on, then has been intermittent stalling ever since. On the side of the freeway, major roads, all with my kids in the car. This car was NOT safe for my children. I tried texting the dealership right after it happened, the day it was delivered to me to get blocked by the salesperson, have gone in multiple times to where I have been told I need to call to schedule an appointment with service to never getting a call back. To 8 months later, posting a TikTok to hearing them doing this to others and looking at BBB and them still doing this to others. They stated because my work was less than 5 miles away, they could drop the car off to me. Knowing that if they cleared the check engine code it would not show up upon delivery. They convinced me to not do a full test drive day of because of the construction. I also had multiple mechanics look at it and state there is no way that this just popped up once I left my work, this was an underlying issue that they hid from me and took advantage of me. Now I finally spoke to a different manager this mysterious warranty pops up that after the sales manager stated "dont worry, everything will be covered" when I brought up the worry about I was sure whatever they find will not be covered, I got a call today, February 29th of ************************** almost $900 to fix the issue and the warranty is not covered. I have called the manager multiple times for almost 5 hours and keep getting reassured there will be a call back with no call back to discuss the matter.

On November 21, 2023 I, along with my 26 year old son, purchased a 2008 ***** Trailblazer from this dealership. The car had approx ******* miles on it. For $9,000 including an extended warranty. We were assured by our salesperson, ****, that the car would go through inspection and any needed repairs would be handled before acquisition. Within 5 days of driving this vehicle, the steering became loud and the car ran very shaky on the expressway. We took the car in for service and have now been told that we are responsible for $4,600 in repairs. The entire steering column, amongst other things need to be repaired/replaced. This includes all new tires, which I would have assumed they would have noticed during inspection. They are refusing to work with us. We are getting passed around from one manager to another with a shrug their shoulders type of attitude. They clearly sold us a faulty vehicle which actually presented a danger issue. This within 5 days of being inspected. When I inquired as to what should have/could have been caught at inspection I was told they don't know. had we known about these issues, including the tires, we would have selected another vehicle. Again, the salesperson adamantly assured us that this car would be inspected and repaired (if necessary). Upon reading online reviews of this dealership, my feelings of being conned were confirmed. I also paid $1,500 for an extended warranty that will not cover any of these issues.

On June 21, 2023 I went to buy a used car. I spoke with a car salesman and he showed me a 2017 **** Escape priced at $13,000. I test drove the car, had my mechanic inspect it and decided to buy it. During the paperwork process, *********** snuck in $4,000 worth of extra fees into the base price of the car. I did not notice this until after buying it.Three days in, the check engine light came on. I brought it back on June 26. The dealership said the repair would cost $700. The manager said they could take $100 off their price. I took my car back without any work having been done. After about a week, smoke started coming out of my engine. I brought the car to my mechanic on July 13. They told me I had oil leaks, and the dealership left sensors unplugged and the engine unsecured. They said it looked like they had given me the car without putting it back together.I went back to the dealership to confront them about it. After a few days, they told me I needed $900 worth of repairs. I spoke with another manager, we decided that the work would be done for $300. I went to pick up the car on July 31 and as I was driving it off the lot the car stalled every time I stopped. I brought it back to the dealership immediately. The car was repaired and picked it up on August 18. The work they told me they did and what the paperwork said differed. My mechanic double checked things. They showed me the check engine light had to do with the timing of the car being off. I went back to the dealership and confronted them. After a heated discussion I decided to take my car elsewhere. I have taken the car to two other places and both have told me how poor the work on the car was. I tried getting my warranty involved and they said they will only cover the work if it's done by the seller. Im worried about them causing more issues. Ive only been able to use my car for 15 days out of the last 4 months. I need to know that the work done on the car will be executed properly.

I leased a 2022 Equinox from ******* Hargreaves Chevrolet on 02/17/22. I was misinformed all the way with this company, from the monthly payment amount, GM discount, money down, etc. The vin# *****************. I was not shown how to operate the controls on the vehicle, I was accused of taking the spare key, Gideon, (The sales rep) was three hours late picking me up with no notice. I called him after he was two hours late. The only feature Gideon set up was on-star. I informed Gideon I had a license plate to put on the vehicle that I purchased in December two months prior. My son was going to bring the plate to me, Gideon stated no problem, we will give you one. I assumed he meant the paper one they put in the back window. When I realized they charged me $176.00, for the plate I called Gideon, he hung up on me. I called the finance person whom directed to the manager (****). I called **** a couple days later since I had not heard from him. **** said he would send a check in the amount of $176.00, he would not charge me the transfer fee for all I went through with the purchase, **** stated I should receive the check the beginning of the following week. That was close to three weeks ago, I have not received the check. **** also stated they were changing the name of the dealership within ninety days. I want what is due to me, and was told it would be sent to me, my check for $176.00. I left a message with **** last week and told him I would come in and pick up the check, **** never responded. Thank you, ***************************

I bought a vehicle from the dealership in July and traded in my old one to them. The dealership never took the vehicle that I traded in out of my name and I have now received a ticket from the *************** and also received a letter from Secretary of State saying the vehicle is now impounded and I am responsible for the charges.

After reviewing the sales and wholesale documents I found that the dealership had completed the sale and the wholesale transactions to the gridlines of the state to a tee. However were happy to assist in anyway possible to help the customer,

As we can see form the whole documents  the vehicle was sold at auction to another dealer and title was assigned correctly to the purchasing dealer, to us it looks like the purchasing dealer has not sold or retailed the unit as the vehicle has not

transferred title to a new customer.  As I stated happy to assist personal !
