On Saturday June 26th at 1.07 pm I placed a deposit on a Sierra GMC VIN ***************** (I have a copy of the receipt) the vehicle was promised to be on hold and kept for us. Since the dealership closed at 2 pm I was told they will have to prep and clean the vehicle on Monday we were promised that we could pick up the vehicle on Monday. On Monday 28th June I was informed that the vehicle has been sold and there are no more trucks available. The experience with the dealership has been extremely disappointing they show no remorse and concern. They lied through the entire purchase experience, they have no inventory tracking mechanism for their vehicles. The keys are kept loose and not stored securely my sales associate told me that someone had taken the keys from his desk and sold the truck without his knowledge. The also do not even track who is test driving the vehicle with dealer license plates. Not securing keys and selling other peoples vehicles is against the franchise agreement .Business response

I spoke with customer and we have come to a mutual agreement on a new Truck.
