  Matrix Basements was an excellent choice for us. From our initial visit, the planner was informative and made us feel at ease. ****, who was responsible for managing our project, was both efficient and reliable. Our home was treated with respect by the workers and our work lives were not disrupted too much. We even had an enjoyable follow-up visit with wine and glasses. Matrix was delightful and I'll definitely recommend them to my friends and neighbors!

  Yes I had my basement done and I love the work and the extras. the workers were absolutely wonderful and so now Im having my master bedroom bathroom updated. Cant wait till its finished!! Thank You All at Matrixs.

  If I could rate lower I would! Actually, I would leave NEGATIVE stars! This was the ************* to deal with. After spending over $30,000 to have a small bathroom remolded it was a headache from the start! What you are sold and what is delivered are NOT the same! From being told it can done, too it cant be done, back to it can be but is more work is beyond frustrating! Also, a weeks job turned into a 6 month job and we still are not satisfied! We are so disgusted with how everything was handled. Oh, if drywall is done, YOU are EXPECTED TO TAPE, MUD and PAINT it yourself! For the amount of money that is spent that should be included! Also, dont even try to get an owner to return a call! THEY WONT! And there are 3 of them! So, if you are thinking of going with Matrix, DONT! Run as fast and as far away from them as you can.

  Matrix Basement Solutions did a great job on my basement project. I attribute this to the supervision and oversight of the ******* ****. Throughout the project he kept us informed, made sure the project moved along swiftly without compromising the quality of the project. At any stage if we had questions, he was available to assist us ans reconciled any of our concerns. Whenever people see our basement we receive a wealth of compliments on how nice and well designed it is. I would highly recommend Matrix to any homeowner who is looking to get this type of work done as a great partner and contractor.

  Best choice for my basement. This team does an amazing job lead by their lead man *****With all the issues, contractor/supplies/permit, **** still kept the job moving as swiftly as possible.
