I bought my first car from a dealership less than a year ago, new used. In less than a year I need a $2500 repair on a car the dealership sold me in perfect condition. I had to go to another dealership to have the repair done because Randy wise couldnt help. *** Buick dealership I took my car to for repair explained that the part that went out shouldve lasted me another 35k miles. *** Buick dealership let me know that the part needing to be replaced was under warranty and that theyd see what they could do about the bill. Randy wise solution was for me to trade in my car. My car when I bought it was worth 20k, last I was notified the car had depreciated to 10k-12k. Which didnt rub me right at all. I dont feel this business has their customers best interest in mind, and I do feel that they are out for their own wallet. I will not be returning to this dealership, and anyone that mentions going there I will try to deter them from doing so.Review from Ellena I

They have had my car for 2 months, it took forever to get parts, good luck hearing back from them, I finally just say give it back to me so I can take somewhere else, ok Friday, call Friday not done. Monday. I go to pick it up and, THEY HAVE NOT TOUCHED MY CAR!!! AND NOW I NEED A NEW ALTERNATOR!!! They had assured me it was all done except for the last part that needed to be added. And yet nothing was done, nothing, and now it will cost 800 more for an alternator. And there was nothing wrong with my altanator before i took it in, nothing. They will not fix your car, they will not get parts, they will not communicate with you. But they will take your money, quick as s*** DO NOT GO HERE!!!
