    I have paid for 2 different and unrelated repairs that coincided with the power at my drivers door. The windows and door latch do not work. Total in repairs exceeded $2,000. On each occasion I was told come in tomorrow and we will fit you in and on over 10 calls I was denied the ability to have an appointment so they made me sit for 6 hours. After the 2nd repair, I immediately called to say that the door wasnt working. A week later I attempted to use the windows and they failed halfway down. Several days later and many calls I initiated on my end I gave up the futile efforts and abandoned my van at Graff. Im 100% VA disabled. They refused to place my callbacks in priority service and then denied me a refund. NEVER AGAIN will I allow such criminals to treat me with such hostility!!!!!

    Never purchase their vehicles "AS IS"! I made a big mistake. The dealership would not even offer a 30 day warranty. My 23 year old son purchased a 2011 Impala. He test drove it on a Monday, bought it on Wednesday, and had to pay $140 to tow it back to the dealership on Friday! The car lasted 2 days! The manager, Mark stated that he would "work with us" on the $140 towing bill; however, he stated that we would have to pay $300 for the rebuilt transmission they would install. We asked them to look to see if there were other issues while they had it and they said, they would. When we went to pick up the car, there was a loud clicking noise coming out of the dashboard! They claimed, they never heard the noise before now. Wow, what a hand we were dealt! Our salesperson, Patty absolutely expressed that the sell would be "as is with not warranty", but, we thought the car would last at least 6 months before something major would happen. I advise anyone to NEVER purchase from a car dealership that does not offer any type of warranty, regardless of their so called "reputable" reputation. Graff Chevrolet is definitely off my list.

    Reginald we are very sorry for the trouble that you are having with your vehicle. I'm surprised to see that you are so unhappy with us. When we sell vehicles off of our AS-IS lot we make it very clear to the purchaser that these vehicles are sold AS-IS. They are not inspected and do not come with any type of warranty. It is just like purchasing a vehicle from a private party. We offered to help pay for the majority of the repair as we thought that was the right thing to do and you agreed. Unfortunately we can't predict when a vehicle is going to break down or have issues. That is why we also offer vehicles that have warranties. Our AS-IS vehicles are AS-IS. They are vehicles that are older and typically have lots of miles. We encourage our customers to have a 3rd party inspect the vehicles before they make a purchase. We were happy that you had the vehicle inspected by your trusted mechanic and assumed that they went over any issues with you. We appreciate your business and hope that you understand we are trying our best to help you with this unfortunate situation.
