I am 100% percent satisfied with my walk in tub purchase. It was the only place we could actually see the Tubs. It was $6000 less than we were quoted from another Company. everything went well from the purchase to the installation, we would definitely recommend.

We wanted to get a walk-in tub. a family friend recommended Marblecast as they had put one in for them. ***** the salesman assisted us with the selection of the tub that would best meet our needs. It is fantastic. We couldn't be happier with the results. We highly recommend Marblecast.

I got a walk-in tub for my elderly Mother who recently moved in with us. I am enjoying soaking in the tub as much as she does. I love the relaxing massage I get from the jets. Marblecast did all the work and I just relax and enjoy it.

Bought a walkin tub in 2013 it is leaking now! I called in because our walkin bathtub is leaking ...."where" Marblecast "drilled" the holes into the seat to put the jets in the tub. We have our warranty information as well as the invoice, and now we are taking them to small claims court because they do not want to honor the lifetime warranty. We called a plumber who will not touch it and said get your money back. Buyer be very very aware of this company!

In Sept 2020 I bought a bathroom counter and sink from this store. Nine months later I have several hair line scratches on it. This is normal use,and I can't figure anything I've put on it that would make these scratches. I called to complain and when I said I was careful I was told NO YOU AREN'T. From that point I was spoken to very rudely and hung up on. I called the next day and spoke to Scott the owners son who accused me of. Critizing their product. After an uncomfortable conversation. He said they couldn't send anyone out to see it. But if I brought it back they would refinish the surface. It is installed and not going anywhere. I am stuck with this inferior product until I can save enough money to replace it. I recommend you think twice before using this company.

We bought a walk in tub in the fall of 2019. The handle that keeps the tub closed is corroded and pulled away from the tub wall, allowing water to leak outside the tub. The tub is not useable. When I called to ask about having the tub repaired under it's warranty, I was told that they only sold the tubs, didn't guarantee the warranty. I would have to file a complaint to American Tubs out of California to have them fix the tub. How would that even be possible? Also, because I had a contractor actually installing the tub during a bathroom remodel, the business owner (Bud) refused to send a team of men to unload the tub from the truck. I had to arrange people of my own to be on hand during delivery to offload the tub from the truck to my garage. I have never had anything ever delivered to my home that I had to unload myself. Imagine buying a refrigerator and having them ask you to unload it. That's the weight we are talking about. End result: I have had plumbers look at the tub (my cost) and tell me I need a handyman. And handymen look at the tub (my cost) say I need a plumber. Broken tub.
