And I'm even more excited that my physical prototype will make its arrival allot sooner than I could have ever imaged!!! HONESTLY, I would still be lost and stumbling through a pit of desire with no view of a finish line if it weren't for this team!!! And the best of all, I'm staying well within my Bootstrapped Budget. If you want the G.O.A.T of Engineering/Design and want to take your Product from an idea to REALITY... don't sleep on this Amazing opportunity!!!

I don't care what the rating is! If you are an inventor, DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! I paid a lot of money (close to $15,000.0 ) and did everything I was told to do any still ended up with a useless product that took 2 years last month. At one point, they even stopped communicating with and changed the meeting space on Teamwork Chat without telling me. After sending messages with no response *** admitted that this was done. Even when *** said he would return money, after I decided that I had enough, he stopped responding to my emails. It was disheartening, disappointing, disparaging that this company would take advantage of someone trying to get a prototype. I had to put up with being talked to disrespectfully, to being ignored, after I had paid. Some of his top people are from overseas and are not respectful. Things I shared with *** as well! I was even charged over $500.00 for prototypes from a company overseas that were useless as well. Sidenote, from day one I was adamant about have my product produced in America, but everything was pushed to *****! You made me believe in you and your company, only to be ripped off. I am happy for all of the other positive reviews. I'm glad he made your dreams come true, while mine were a nightmare!

We genuinely regret the situation that has arisen between our firm and *****, and we feel it's essential to present a clear and accurate account of events for a fair assessment.Unfortunately, it seems that ***** is attempting to leverage the BBB review system for money - and has presented an entirely one-sided review to the point of being dishonest. I'd like to reply with "the full picture". During ******* collaboration with us, we faced challenges related to internal communication. We immediately recognized the oversight and took proactive measures the involved staff were replaced, and her project was realigned with a new project leader. We are proud of our ability to swiftly respond to and rectify situations.Despite these setbacks, we successfully delivered on all promised aspects of ******* project, from design, engineering, and prototyping, to manufacturing sourcing services. Recognizing the inconvenience caused to *****, we went beyond our contractual obligations. The $2,000 she had paid for manufacturing sourcing, even though the service was fully provided, was refunded in full as a gesture of goodwill.Upon learning that ***** had engaged legal counsel and threatened to *** us for the full project amount (despite successful delivery of services), we further chose to reimburse her legal fees amounting to $1,250. This was a step we felt was necessary to show our commitment to client satisfaction and to defuse the situation, even though our services were rendered successfully. Our proactive offer was made in a bid to resolve matters amicably and uphold the reputation we've worked hard to establish.In total, ***** was given $3,250 back - money which technically she is not owed at all. It is with deep regret that after our considerable efforts to rectify the situation and offer refunds beyond our obligations, ***** has chosen not to remove her review. It is also disheartening to note that ***** wants an additional $250 to remove her disparaging review. We believe in the integrity of review systems and feel it is essential for clients and businesses alike to engage with them honestly.We respect every client's right to voice their experiences. However, we also believe in the value of providing a comprehensive perspective. We hope that our community and potential clients will consider the entirety of events and our unwavering commitment to delivering quality work and rectifying any is***s that *** arise.
