Good News Tax Relief, LLC has been amazing to work with. We were extremely leery to work with any tax relief company because of all of the horror stories, but GNTR has proven to be honest and caring people. Smaller business with dedicated attention, so we're able to speak with one contact every time we ****************** has provided us with important information, he's been patient, professional, and understands the issues we're going through. I've slept much easier knowing that GNTR has our back, and is actively working with the **** so there aren't any surprise letters in the mailbox. I cannot state enough how much I recommend ****** and his team. Years of un-filed, unpaid taxes were negatively affecting my life, both personal and professional. ****** and the team at Good News Tax Relief quickly came to my rescue. They immediately put up a shield that prevented legal action by the IRS so they could start to review my case and work towards resolution. Their communication lines are always open; I have never waited longer than 24 hours for a return call, text, or email. Above all, they treat their clients as human beings, with interactions that are courteous, professional, and helpful. I have never felt any judgement, criticism, or that I was being rushed. ****** has been true to his word at all times. I cannot say enough about their professionalism & empathy, and I highly recommend them to anyone who needs help.
