I had my 2016 Malibu in for service at the New Hudson Dealership. After spending over $5500 in repairs, several items still needed to be addressed as these were not completed.Trying to understand why after the 3rd attempt of a less than $160 part the total would be $885.I spoke to the Service ************** and received a disrespect answer. Actually the service manger told me to leave the property and take my vehicle.As I tried to explain I didn't have a way to drive 2 vehicles home at this time and would be back.he than started yelling at me he would charge me an additional $35 per day the vehicle was on the lot.Also after several calls and emails requesting the repaired parts, still no response. I has gone ignored even though it is a ******************. Makes you question the dealerships intregity.Review from Lena K

I came in to get my oil changed for my car today. A lady named *********************** assisted us only to interrupt ** while whenever we tried to asked questions and giving us attitude every time she finally answered. She would push for services we denied multiple times and trying to make us feel bad for not going along with everything she said. She gave us so much attitude, was rude, and treated us so badly I felt disgusting. This is the worst treatment Ive ever gotten from someone here and appalled they talk and treat their customers this way.Review from Mitchell S

I had a dead battery on my 2007 Chevrolet Pickup and had the vehicle towed and dropped off at the dealership. I called and told the dealership that I had a dead battery on the vehicle. The dealership had the vehicle for two days and then charged me $250.00 to install the Battery that they sold me for $193.46. Outrageous $443.46 price to get my vehicle back.Feldman Chevrolet of New Hudson Response

My family has been a GM buying family for over 75 yrs. I'm totally disgusted with the Feldman Chevrolet New Hudson sales and management team. This started as a great experience when I enter the location on September 2nd when I located the vehicle that my 21-year-old was looking for 2022 Chevrolet trailblazer. Everyone knows that due to covid 19 there has been a shortage in new auto inventory. I was able to find the vehicle on the eve of September 1st, my daughter had to work so when I went to the dealership on behalf of my daughter. The opening experience was the best you could ask for. Feldman salesperson Bill was able to send my daughter over a credit application to complete. The terms were for a lease vehicle. The salesperson said my daughter was all set and that I could take the truck to her so she could test drive it overnight. Well, it starts here, got back to the dealership on Friday, Sept 3rd to now find out they hadn't gotten her approved, then was told not to worry she could still keep the truck until Tuesday, Sept 7th due to Labor day holiday. Then Tuesday come they are still not ready for her to come back in so they reschedule us for Thursday. When we get there they tell us they are sorry but they weren't able to get her financed. I said what are you for real??? they said she needed a co/signer I told you never asked her for a co/signer. So here we are getting the co/signer application done and went home without the truck. Now while the salesperson can't give me an answer on the deal and my daughter really wanted this truck, we went to the credit union to get her approved which she was approved with no problem. Call the dealership to tell them we are going to get a check from the credit union to move forward with the deal and was told they were not going to sell us the truck because we wouldn't move forward with their financing. I told them I have been waiting and waiting on this for over two weeks to get this deal completed. The manager Howard acted like he was unaware of us still willing to move forward even after pulling the co/signer credit that was over a (750 score). This is when the next level of bullshit happens. To not lose this vehicle we had to take on some fees that should only be our option, not a requirement to purchase. The fees were for Paint/fab $900, Feldman cares 3 years $400, ETCH 5 yr $920, and PERMASAFE $299. I asked Howard why did we have to pay these fees he said all GM car deals have these fees now due to Covid 19. I said why wasn't it part of the sticker price?? the only response to that was the dealership position was I could take it or leave it. There was a lot of interest in this vehicle so it would be no loss to them. This deal was totally disrespectful, with so racial discrimination issue to mention. I would like for someone to look into this dealership to make sure they are not taking advantage of others and also would like to be credit back for the unwanted fees.Feldman Chevrolet of New Hudson Response

Thank you for reaching out. The compliance Director will be investigating the claims made in this review and proper action will be taken. Management will be reaching out to the customer that purchased the vehicle to review the products that have been requested to be canceled. Only the signing parties on the vehicle paperwork can complete the cancelations if that is the still the request after the customer is contacted. I have some additional comment to add to my complaint that was discovered. Based off of the GM employee discount pricing the purchase don't match either. Just so many issue with this deal. I hate when people take advantage of other. Also thank you for update the update. My dad and daughter is looking forward to hearing from your compliance director.Review from S. V.

This dealership is misleading customers into thinking they have inventory in the lot which they don’t. I asked about a specific truck which they said they had. I drove an hour gown there to find out the truck was bought a while ago. What A waste of time. Do not go to Feldman dealerships. I have been in communications with the customer and calmed her down as I professionally with respect in my tone explained how our website is set up. I listened to her, let her vent as she felt lied to about what was in stock. Then offered her a gift card for her gas she spent driving here and back home, as that was her main issue as she did understand after I explained how fast vehicles are selling these days with the inventory shortage. She thanked me for listening to her concerns… I offered her to personally contact me in the future, so I can put my hands on the vehicle she is interested in first before driving to Feldman of New Hudson.Customer Response

Actually that is not what happened. Patrick called me but didn’t leave a message as I was at work. He again sent me a text later that night. I returned his text the next morning. I told him my displeasure of advertising a 2021 Suburban knowing that they didn’t have it on the lot. He stated that he would talk to “who post our vehicles for sure.” He then stated that he passed on my concerns and stated if I was in the area I could stop and get a $25 gas card. The gesture was nice but he never had to talk me down and never had a respectful tone cause we never spoke. All other Chevy dealerships are posting that they have no inventory, why is it so hard for this dealership. This particular truck with the same VIN# was posted on 2 different Feldman dealerships! And he never listed to me vent…cause again we never spoke. I would caution regarding doing business with Feldman.
