My son and I went there for a week camping visit. I did give my credit card for deposit for the electric deposit. Then that night I look on my bank account, there’s another charge for over $790. Then I get a text say I owe the $191.00 for the water hoes. We were not allowed to use our hoes. After this we started to pack up. Had to stop. My son’s grandfather passed away. He had to o drive back to Caro. I stayed there for 3 days then son came back to help load everything up. During this time the park manager never came over like she said to bring the contract for me to sign. Meanwhile I was at the park she called me all the time telling me my trucks to loud. I’m going to fast. I never left the whole time I was there. None of the people there picked up after their pets. I picked up after mine. Cause she told me I had to. But i always do anyways. Now it’s been 3 almost 4 weeks to get my money back. She the park manager is giving me every and any excuse. She keeps blocking me on texts messages. I’ve try calling. She curses me out. Then hangs up. This is my hard earned money. Not for her to think she can put in her pocket. This place is the most horrible RV park I’ve ever encountered. I just want my money back all of it. The amount also for the hoes that they kept when we left.Business response

Customer arrived and was challenged to park camper. Damage was done to electrical outlet that was running a number of heaters that exceeded the capacity of the outlet. She also damaged the campsite flower pot that was $200.00 Customer continued to harass the staff with profanity. She complained to her bank about the charges which the bank reversed. We did refund her electricity deposit.
