I purchased 1-1/2" super firm foam but I had several issues with my purchase:1. It is not firm as shown in pictures.2. It was cut without any care and it is not clean and smooth cut.3.Foam overall feels like a cheap material, not lux in any way.4.When I tried to return it, they told me that they will deduct their shipping cost from my refund. We are so happy with the custom foam cushions we ordered from Foam Factory!! We purchased 3 identical foam cushions with batting to replace old sofa cushions that were sagging. The order arrived earlier than promised and totally accurate! It feels like we got a new couch for 10% the cost! We chose Foam Factory because they had the most competitive prices (and because they are ********-based). We couldnt be happier with our decision! Just remember to follow the measuring instructions COMPLETELY, including adding a 1/2 inch where instructed if necessary.Review from Jane S

This company cannot be trusted! Apparently there was someone in accounting by the name of ************** Who will not process your order after you use your credit card on their website unless you give it to her personally. What business does that??I spoke to another person at this business by the name of ********* and she was very snooty and told me they would be happy to cancel my order if I dont want to give them my credit card number over the phone. Mind you, my credit card has already been charged in full as authorized and not pending! These people are a scam!Review from Cindy P

They don't do what they say! They give you a time frame that changes once they have your order!Now I know, most of the foam is between, who ever the lady was I spoke to, Ears!!! They dont even know what products are compatible, with what they sell!!! Business's used to do, what they say. My mistake for believing them.Review from Colin M

Do not buy from this company. If you ever need to use their customer service or return policy you are already up a creek without a paddle. They will offer you sure to return it but you pay shipping and they will dock the shipping it to you originally from your refund. For me to ship it back to them it will cost more than $100 FedEx or UPS so for a purchase of $163 Queen sized 3" 5lb memory foam that weighs 40lbs that becomes pointless to return. Their return policy is built to discourage a return and a refund. They even cut there foam way to big to fit a queen sized bed so you have to trim yourself which guess what voids there warranty and return policy. With how they treat the customers I can bet that the warranty is also useless. Do not at all costs purchase from them they hide behind deceptively worded policies to stay in business
