    Solara fails us every time! We have to fight to try and get our sons diabetes supplies. This is our sons health they are messing with and dont even care! Searching for a new supplier.

    Solara Medical deserves ZERO stars. Terrible, irresponsible, incompetent mess of an organization! Called in an order, doctor sent authorization, called insurance, good to go...at least I thought so, oh no, Solara didn't even put authorization into the system, this company is ridiculous! I've had to call them for the same supplies at least 3-5 times per order for them to get the order processed. They make the claim that they didn't receive the doctors paperwork or that they've been waiting on insurance, that is total bs, they're completely incompetent. Why? Why? Why is it so difficult for Solara to just send the order when it's ordered? Why is that so hard for this company?

    Terrible company. This company is the epitome of what is horrible about cspitslism. Not shipping supplies on time and then balance billing for hundreds of dollars 6 months later (conveniently after their 30 day return window has closed). Ive fighting with this evil company for months now. STAY AWAY!

    Don't use this company. They took over my normal supply company's service and never ship supplies when they are due, often overbill or don't apply the correct insurance ....offer zero to poor customer service. I have been getting mail order diabetics supplies (reservoirs, infusion sets, and continuous glucose sensors and monitors) for almost 20 years and they are the absolute worst and most frustrating company I have ever worked with. Terrible service, zero reliability and headache after headache of trying to get your supplies. I only wish there was something lower than 1 star that I could grade them on!

    They called me and set up a order of sensors for me. They sent a 3 month supply. What they didn't tell me is that I had to pay 452 for the reader and 432 a month for the 2 libra sensors. So far I have been billed over *****. This is outrageous for diabetic supplies. I wouldn't recommend this company to anyone and I hate having to leave one star.

    This company took over my normal supply company. Ever since I have had nothing but trouble and issues getting through to talk to people, no communication when Im due for refills from my doctors so I can receive my supplies so I continue to run out. They bill me but never let me know I have a bill so it can get paid to receive my supplies. Theyre *** that they have never shows anything on it so I cant even use the *** to take care of business and keep up.

    Waited nearly 2 hours ON HOLD! Was initially estimated 40 minutes for wait time, with no option for a call-back; 1 hour and 25 minutes later, I was put in contact with a representative. I provided the necessary information and the reason why I calling. I was put on hold AGAIN so the rep could look into where my daughters diabetic supplies were in the ordering process. I was then placed BACK in the hold que for another 20+ minutes. Fortunately, I was given the option for a call back. When someone did call me, I was told that they had been waiting on insurance approval for at least a week. Not once did Solara try contacting me about the delay. Now, my 5 year old has to wait, who knows how long, for her supplies and we're running low. I don't have time to wait 60+ minutes on hold every time I need to contact Solara for supplies. Their only reason for the long wait times is because of the merge. The company SHOULD have been prepared for an increase in patient calls.

    Solara puts me on hold for over and hour - NEED supplies mailed out - it is urgent - they are so lax, diabetic supplies are necessary and we NEED them to be mailed on time. What is wrong with shipping on time? People with diabetes rely on supplies - Solara does not care about patients - we have ******** and an EXCELLENT ********** blue shield policy - PLEASE help getting our order shipped - PLEASE!One star only - PLEASE contact me. Thank you.

    Please do something about this company. Totally incompetent getting life saving supplies. Been trying since dec. 27 to get my sons supplies. Nothing but a run around. He has authorization from insurance but they keep telling me they dont. Insurance has faxed info along with email sent. They are playing with peoples lives with no repercussions. I feel that someone needs to file a class action lawsuit. Pull up the reviews on this company.

    Terrible service. Continuous delays to receive my insulin pump supplies. When I would call to check on an order, I would be told supplies were on the way, then when they never arrived, I would call back and be told there was a problem. No one ever informed me and if I hadnt called to troubleshoot, nothing ever would have been done. This company should not be in business supplying important medical supplies when delays affect patients health. If I could give them zero stars I would.
