I am not the person listed but live where this person has. Please remove this name ********************* form your list of marketing. I have tried several times, this person no longer lives at this address. I am not sure how else to get this mail coming from my house. I have told the post office to stop several times, I have called AAA several times, stating there is no one at this address with this name anymore and I keep getting them. It is marketing only, so this person is not a member. PLEASE STOP SENDING MAIL FOR THIS PERSON TO THE ADDRESS LISTED! It is not a good look on your company to keep sending mail for people and not have a valid opt-out system on line. It shows one, but shows as no longer available. This can be considered harassment. I seen other complaints with the same issue and was resolved with someone confirming with their documents team and a Do Not Solicit. Please add this name and this address. Thank you.

******** Insurance mails packets of offer mail multiple times per week nonstop. It is such a crazy waste of paper (large envelopes, packets of papers). I have never expressed any desire for the product (life insurance) and started getting this after I got AAA for my car... I have called them to be put on the do not mail list and I am still getting the mail over 2 months later. This kind of harassment (inundating with offer mail, literally receiving every other day) should be illegal. It angers me how much paper is wasted on this. My only other option is to start sending it back to them... it's ridiculous.

My mother late mother held a life insurance policy with AAA. As a beneficiary I filed a claim in 2015 after her death. I filled out the annuity application form and was approved for annuity payments under the contract. In 2016 I began receiving benefits with my spouse as my primary beneficiary - per the approved application. In 2022 I wanted to add my Family Trust as a Contingent Beneficiary to my annuity. I mailed in the requested form and never received confirmation of the change. I have periodically calling and emailing but was unsuccessful in reaching customer service at AAA. Today I spent over an hour on the phone as I was transferred no less than 6 times to 'someone who's been trained to help me".One service rep said they did send out a correspondence to 2022 addressed to my late mother...'a claim form'. The same claim form I sent them. The last person I spoke today said my HUSBAND IS NOT MY BENEFICARY they can't add a contingent beneficiary and they have no idea where my money will go when I die".

My husband and I have found life insurance documents from his late mom who passed away from AAA for life insurance. We called Saturday and were told that the policy was not able to be pulled up. We have certificate of coverage, all information, auto pay info, etc. ******* said we need to call back during the week because she would not get me to a supervisor. My husband called yesterday and spoke with someone who said they also were a little confused about finding the policy. They asked us to fax over information to research. We do not feel confident in AAA and how they are treating us. We want solid documentation whether or not the policy was active we deserve to know correct information and not be told to call back.

I receive multiple marketing letters WEEKLY from ******** Insurance despite not having any interest in purchasing this product. Apparently, you somehow get on their mailing list merely by signing up for AAA Roadside Assistance. Also, the ******** Insurance mailings use different envelopes, and are mailed from different states - very shady. I have repeatedly requested to not have marketing mail sent to me, and requested no physical mail whatsoever from AAA (electronic communication only) but it doesn't seem to matter. The constant stream of junk mail has been so frustrating and time consuming (having to pick up the mail from my mailbox location) that I will not be renewing my AAA Roadside Assistance membership.

This company is harassing me. I get 5 massive envelopes a week stuffed with useless information.
