My son received his routine 6 month vaccines which per the affordable healthcare act and my insurance plan is 100% covered. Trinity health sent me a bill for the vaccines because they did not code the claim properly to insurance. I asked for the claim to be recoded on July 13th. They responded that it would take 30 Business Days to correct the issue. I have not received a response and the claim has not been rebilled. I have emailed and called several times with no resolution. I have been promised resolution dates several times with no resolution.Guarantor ID *********

Trinity Health is the billing company for many of the doctors that I see. I have talked, begged, got on my hands and knees begging for copies of my invoices for each appointment that they are looking to get paid for. I have talked to a list of people, they all give the same speech that they will personally watch for my invoices and mail to me. They never do what they promise !! They keep sending me a random amount to my phone and expect me to just send them a blind check not knowing that they are my bills or for what services. I dont pay for anything blindly. I have a rare disease and go to doctors appointments daily, I have to have invoices for my taxes as well. If they would just take my money at the time of the visit. *** tried being nice, mean nothing works. They also owe me a ***** credit from St. ****** Hematology/Oncology. The patient advocate if *************** cant get them to respond as well as **** the practice manager. They are the most unhelpful, uncooperative people that I have ever encountered. Why cant they just give me the individual invoices from the customer and my credit. Its pretty simple but they prefer confusion and lies instead. I have major health issues and cant tolerate these useless phone conversations any longer. Can you get through to them ?Thank you ***********************

I am filing a complaint against Trinity Health due to their lack of cooperation with United Health care Insurance, my health insurance provider. A representative from UH called Trinity Health to inform them that an electronic EOB was sent to them in June 2022 and that UH stated that my wellness check visit with my Primary Physician was totally covered for the amount of $236. Zero payment due from the patient(***********************************). They told the representative that "we don't accept electronic EOB's" when in fact, every time UH has sent electronic EOB's in the past to billing offices, ALL OFFICES HAVE ACCEPTED, never denied, E-EOB statements in their past provider services.United Heathlcare is filing a Balance Billing case against Trinity Health (Case#D6385).

I have attempted to cancel automatic payments that were set up a couple months ago however they are still not cancelled. I have called multiple times to request they be cancelled as I cannot afford that payment amount. The customer service associates do not have access they say, and say Ill receive a call back. I have not received a call. This is the worst company Ive had to deal with as they refuse to work with you on a payment plan you can afford. No I cannot afford ****** a month. No I cannot afford ****** a month. CANCEL THE AUTOMATIC PAYMENTS IMMEDIATELY! Or I will be contacting my attorney.

I have a Healthways Membership under ********** Blue Shield. Under what I had it was 25 dollars a month. They canceled my credit card forcing me to go under ************************************************************************ to go even a higher rate. It is fraud. I never canceled my credit card they just did so they could charge me a new rate. I complained to ******* from Healthways of Trinity Health and she yelled at me on the phone saying I would have to pay the rate or I would not be able to use they card. No matter what I said she talked louder and argued with me. If my card did not cancel she said I would still have the legacy rate so something is very wrong. I want my rate back and refund of last year

They continually send me letters stating that they have no insurance information on file and that I need to send them the required information or I will need to pay the bill now. The problem is that I continually send them the information and after suppling this information, they get it correct after a time lapse of about 3 months. Then the next time I get service this happens all over again. It is a never ending loop. I am diligent about checking when I first receive a service that they have my correct insurance and information. In addition I make sure my information in the computer is correct. In addition, sometimes the billing depart, when they do have the information, determine that my primary insurance cant possible be primary and they change it to secondary, and then my insurance is rejected. After this I have to call the billing department again and get it all changed back.

I am getting statement invoices for services already paid by my insurance company. Twice this year I paid these statement invoices only to get a refund for incorrect billing at a later date. These statement invoices indicate incorrect dates of service, dates when I was not seen by any Trinity affiliated healthcare provider. The most recent statement invoices show only an account number and amount due. I looked up billing/claim details on my insurance company's website which showed corresponding amounts and that these were both (2) paid with no further amounts owed by me for these services.

After an illness and an accumulation of bills with Trinity Health went to their website to effect payments. Their website said that unless specified otherwise, oldest bills would be paid first. I added up the the bills that had been processed through the insurance company and sent a payment in February to cover the bills through Jan 12th. Upon receipt of my payment Trinity applied the payment to many different bills that were newer and had not yet cleared insurance. I reached out to them Mar 11th to remedy the situation and was told by **** M on April 6th that whatever **** that is processed first gets paid regardless of the date. I tried again to resolve this April 7th via phone calls and pursued phone calls until Sept where I gave up and went back to written communications. I have had no cooperation with Trinity to resolve this issue. Now I am getting collection notices for these bills. When you call the help phone number you are forced to sit through questions and advertisements.
