They are contacting my family regarding refinancing. I have no idea how they got their contact information because I have none of my family listed anywhere on my information.

If I could give 0 stars i would. I keep getting calls and text from this company. I consistently tell them to stop calling. And then they offer me a "deal" that is way above what I'm already paying on APR and P&I. they are straight up just blind cold calling. they have no idea about who you are, what you pay, what your credit is, etc. They sound like idiots offering me deals that don't come close to what I have. they called me again today and i told them they really need to stop harassing me. They keep calling me I'm going to file a complaint. The funny thing is, our office has 14 people in it and like 10 of us has all come to the conclusion that this company is calling us. Its like they go onto ********, find a sustainable business and then just go after that whole group of people.

I made a huge mistake by filling out their questionnaire. The minute I hit submit my phone has been nonstop ringing from this company. I try blocking them and they use a different number. I tell them I am not interested and they continue to harass me by calling all day. Do not fall for this unacceptable business. I regret it so much!!!

They are a fuxking scam that will not leave you alone . Keep calling you and when you call back they hangout. They will call you from all different numbers so you can't even blocked them. They may have gotten my number from my mortgage company when they ran my credit. Someone has ro do something about this. It is harassment.

If this company was the last bank in the world, I would still not use them. My wife and I started talking with our bank for a new construction loan, since that app my wife has received on average 20 calls a day. If you mention how *** and *** this seems the people on the phone get offended and extremely rude but refuse to hang up and leave her alone. she had told them we are not interested; I have told them we are not interested they refuse to leave us alone. do yourself a favor and never deal with these horrible people.

12 phone calls in one day. Didnt even apply for a loan with them. This has to be a scam or at best a poorly managed company. Stay away!!

It has been less than 24 hours since my wife and I applied for a loan through another company. On the first day, I had two calls from Priority 1 Lending and today, I received four calls before 1:30 p.m. 2 out of 4 of those calls were of me trying to figure out how they got my contact information and if they were affiliated with the company that I applied with. These rude women attempted to talk over me and danced around the fact that they were cold-calling me. Just by the number of calls, I would never do business with them, and you would think they'd remove me from their call list. This predatory lender won't give up, so I have to take time out of my work day to make sure people know to stay away from them. I wish they would stay away from me.

I am glad ****** called me after I started to refi with another lender! Nothing predatory, nothing shady, straight up legitimate. They did what other lenders/brokers couldn't do in the last three years: refinanced our DC rental property, which allowed us to pay off the 250k in debt we accumulated when we renovated the house from the ground up in 2019. A big shout-out to ******, ******, **************** our team @ Priority 1 that made this possible. Thank you so much. Instead of paying several thousand in credit card interest every month, we are now investing!****** is the bomb! I appreciate her steadfastness and dependability. She probably saved us around $34,000-plus! $17,000 for getting our loan closed, funded, and disbursed prior to Sep 15, 2022. On Sep 16th, the 2-year interest cap on the home equity investment with *************** would have expired and the additional interest would have been $17,000.She also saved us another $17,000 in closing costs. I thought that we would have to refinance two of our properties, to pay all of the debts to meet the debt to income ratio. After our initial phone call, she called me back to let me know that our DC property should be valued high enough to where refinancing 75% of the value would be enough to cover the current mortgage and all the debts that needed to be paid for us to meet the debt to income ratio. While the appraisal came in abt $40,000 less, the value was $105,000 more than in 2019, and it was still high enough to where nothing about the loan had to be changed.I would certainly recommend Priority 1 Lending, and will definitely call them first, should we decide to refinance any of our other properties in the future.

This company seems very suspicious at best and a scam at worst. I received a call from out of the blue from ***** at Priority 1 Lending, perhaps because I had applied for a mortgage with other lenders recently. "*********************" then emailed me a link to an online application that he urged me to complete. I was seeking to buy a non-traditional home and I first wanted to know if they could lend on it. Not only did he not reply to my emails, but I could not reach him by phone at his listed cell or work number. In fact, when I dial the work number (from the signature block of his email), it's no longer a valid number.
