      Their *** WAREHOUSE warranty work is on par with the Lowes warranty repair. So Im figuring they **** so bad threats the only customer they can get, or they just take the corporate money and give their attention to what few customers they attract and could care less about fulfilling their warranty contracts

      Warranty refrigerator repair. Swamped, like most businesses post COVID; so of course 2 weeks to appointment. The customer ********************** setting up repair visit was friendly and courteous. The repair person and his trainee were on time, professional, and quick. They explained everything in simple to understand terms. They told the truth; may be 4weeks until parts arrive and they revisit. Excellent customer **********************.

      Terrible, horrible, deplorable. Bought a Frigidaire side by side refrigerator that went out called RSI took 2 weeks for them to send a man out he spent an hour taking it apart then told me he couldn't fix it parts had to be ordered he did inform me it would take about 7 days for my parts to return, okay not bad. Show me the number to call on the repair sheet and said if I haven't heard from them call this number back in a week. Needless to say I didn't hear from them so I called them back and I said oh yes Mr Lloyd your parts have been ordered we're waiting for them to arrive, once again, okay I thought. It's been 3 months and they still can't seem to get the parts so I called and got the parts numbers went online found the parts $343 which I can have delivered within two to five business days overnight if I chose that option so I called them back again and told them hey I found the parts if I get them can you send the man out to install them and reimburse me for my out-of-pocket cost since the refrigerator is still under warranty. They said no Mr Lloyd in order to honor the warranty the parts have to come from a specific place. So in the meantime I'm looking at this refrigerator that's taken apart sitting in the middle of my floor for 3 months waiting on the repairman to return so if I could give this company less than a star I would and for the life of me I can't see why any reputable appliance company would hire these people to handle their repair work and and their warranties. So all you consumers out there before you buy an appliance see who handles their warranties and if it's RSI do not buy it.

      RSI does repair work for Lowe’s extended warranty on appliances, except they don’t know how to repair appliances. Three months and three visits and my microwave still does not work. If you an extended warranty on an appliance through Lowe’s, your screwed.
