    i have a reverse mortgage with this company and they are refusing to service it. they wont pick up the phone at any of the multiple numbers provided. their phone menues do not work and mostly hang up when i am attempting to resolve a problem. their online stuff mostly does not work for helping me with my question. I am attempting to file a complaint with *** as thid company is corrupt.

    I have a reverse mortgage with Longbridge Financial and need to speak with someone at that institution about a big problem. They do not answer my emails and they do not provide the name of any person or any contact information. Their customer service number is useless because the robot that answers cannot understand anything that I say. So, I never get to speak with a human being. I explained this problem to them by email several times and get no response except to call their customer service number which does not work because the robot who answers cannot understand anything that I say.
