In October 2017, I had a metal roof installed on my home in ***********, **. It came with 49 year warranty. I have been trying to reach this company, without success. Phone number given to me, and listed online goes to a fax machine. Due to the shoddy workmanship and refusal to respond my roof is allowing moisture to penetrate behind our walls, causing mold to break out on almost all exterior walls.Initial Complaint

They where paid 10k to replace our roof. They took the money and never set foot on the roof they just closed all there doors stopped answering calls and ran with the money we tried to figure out who to *** and was told they closed up and filed bankruptcy 4 days after taking our check. Now we own a 10k loan for a roof they never fixed and we may loose our home over it.Initial Complaint

My metal masters metal roof is leaking in more then one place. It was put on in 2015.I did have Metal Masters come and inspect a vent that they did not install correctly in 2018. They said it would be repaired and did not get backwith me.Now I have leaks in my roof and there is no way to get hold of themInitial Complaint

Roof Unfinished $9,000 Job left undone same as other People with complaints,false promises, Where's lifetime guarantee at All the Names ******,****, ***** all Emoyee's who were on job. New roof installed Sept 2019 Leaked soon after, company came out recaulked around furnace vent, leaked again different spot, they came out again, said ice jam, maybe ridge vent was wrong. Suppose to come out in January 2020 to look at ridgevent, no show. Roof leaking again(different spot) july 2021. Can not locate company or get ahold of anyone.
