We have a large chip in our new barn floor coating that needs to be repaired. Our rep at Absolute Concrete Coatings has been avoiding us repeatedly about making the repair. He told us about their fantastic (but apparently worthless) 15 year warranty which is also listed on their website. They invoiced us on 10/26/22 which we have paid in full. I contacted them on 6/14/23 to see about getting the repair scheduled. He told us he would stop out during the first week of July to look at it before scheduling it. He was a no show with no communication. Slightly annoyed, I tried to contact him again. Eventually he actually stopped out and promised to get us on the schedule. He said this repair was no big deal and that they do these all the time. Since then he has virtually disappeared. He will not initiate contact to provide any updates. I have unsuccessfully called, texted and emailed repeatedly trying to make contact with him or anyone else with this company. No one ever returns my calls and messages. I finally discovered on 3 separate occasions when I call from a fresh phone number that he has not seen yet that he will pick up. These are the ONLY times he will pick up. On one of those calls in October, he told me that we were on the schedule for possibly one of the following two days.I was skeptical because no one had contacted us to arrange a time to access the barn. Nor did he offer any information about how they would coordinate access.Of course, no one showed. Then on October 18, I called from yet another fresh number and he picked up once again.When I told him who I was, he told me was on vacation driving. Amazingly, he seemed to know offhand that we were on the schedule for Oct20 even though no one had contacted us.When I asked,he gave me a name of who would be coming out. He volunteered a phone number. When he didn't call the next day, I tried to call him, but was greeted by a weird prerecorded message.It wasn't Absolute Concrete.Of course,no one showed up.Business response

As of 02/11/2023 Absolute Concrete Coatings is under new management. Under new management we are not legally obligated to repair any of the work done by the previous owner, but we are willing to repair ************' floor out of courtesy. We have been in contact with ************ and the repair in question has been scheduled and confirmed with ************. It is unknown if ************ contacted the previous owner in 2022 to get the damage fixed or not.

I am rejecting this response because information in Absolute Concrete's response is incorrect. We are the original owner of the floor. It is true that we have been in contact with Absolute Concrete recently. ***** Risk FINALLY sent me a message after numerous attempts to get this resolved. He said they would come out the day after Thanksgiving. He didn't bother giving us a time, so I reached out to him again on November 20th to confirm the time. ***** responded by saying they should be here by 9 am. We never heard from him again which has been typical after he makes promises. We are continually being ghosted by this operation.I would like to add that we have been told at least 3x now that we were on the schedule for the repair. Each time, they were a no show. Not one single time has there been any mention that this was done as a courtesy.
From the very beginning last year, ***** has been the point of contact for this company and still is. He originally looked at the floor to get us a quote, we booked it with him, and when we reached out to try to get our problem resolved he is still the point of contact. He avoids our phone calls and pretends he is working to get us scheduled.
He made a big deal of their lengthy warranty when he sold us on it. In fact, when I contacted him about the repair this summer which was well after they changed hands according to their response, he said it was "no big deal" to repair it and added that he does it all the time.

We hired H3132373338**3433**34H last September and paid $1000 security deposit. This was to install new epoxy garage floor in our new garage. We had months of construction delays and could not complete the work. After construction was complete, we started to get massive flooding within our garage. The garage continues to flood and we decided that it would not make sense to pour money into something that was going to get destroyed. I made numerous attempts to email and call H3132373338**3433**34H to get our deposit back. They did not respond for weeks. They did no work on our behalf and colors we pick for our garage floor was standard color they provided. After weeks, they finally got back to me with the explanation that I ordered custom paint flecks (which is not true) and they are slow this time of the year. They are claiming the paint flecks that are size of soup can cost $1000 and can**;t return my money. Even though this was never brought to my attention or mentioned ever this common blue paint ***** is custom? Also, I find ironic how you can buy these flecks for about $125 online. They actually allow you to return it for free. I have a hard time imagining this company does hundreds of installs a yr can**;t return or use a standard color that I picked out. I want a full return of my money as they did zero on my behalf $1000. They still claim they can come do the work and rip me off even more.
