I purchased a certified vehicle in may 2021 from crown motors and was told everything was in good working order. During our first oil change, we noticed a completely rusted pipe below seeping fluid and an electrical component not working. Had the vehicle towed into a nissan dealership for repairs which cost me $471.56 and my extended warranty paid the rest $1412.09. The nissan dealership told me to go back to crown motors and request a refund because the vehicle should not have been sold like such. If the rusted pipe would have leaked all fluid out, the engine would have blown, muchless the electrical seat knobs were sold as supposed to be working. Talk twice to craig on the phone and he offered partial refund of $300 because he felt if i would have brought vehicle back to them their mechanics would of done it cheaper. I told him i didnt trust his mechanics because they didnt fix it prior to selling it. i am requesting full refund of $471.59Business response

Typically we only participate in repairs that are done at one of our facilities. We didn't have the opportunity to do so in this situation, but we will honor or offer of paying you $300 as a one time goodwill gesture.
