****************** is withholding my mail. Cash App sent me 2 bank cards and Disabilities Rights of ******** sent several medical records that I have never received. Since the first day I arrived, ***************** has been taking my narcotics. She interfered with my Dr *********** twice, arguing with ******************* to lower my medication then making it so he will no longer visit or be my doctor (she was so argumentative and rude he apologized for not being able to return). She violated my HIPPA rights by interfering with the ***********s then discussing ***********s with other people. I am missing my medication, today she refused to give me my Valium. I had an IME with a court appointed psychologist on June 9th. While I was out of the room getting previous exam results, she spoke to him - accusing me of being addicted to the pain medication I have a prescription for and that I came in drunk after lunch the first day I was here. Due to her interfering with that exam, my court hearing has been adjourned. She will not drive me to ***********s or court. Meals are less than **** calories a day here, even less when I can't eat what is served since she didn't fill the prescription ******************* wrote. She is very racist. I believe she is interfering with my medical concerns in order to keep me here. I need to find out if she's trying to collect ******** as that is health care fraud. During meals she has rooms searched (searching a resident's room is supposed to be done in the presence of the resident in the room during the search). There is no hand railing half way up the stairs which are very steep. There is no lock on the shower room door where my ****** fits, anybody can walk in. Many of the wall sockets have no cover, the wires are exposed. Most of the time she won't supply toilet paper. I have sent a complaint to ****, their form only allows **** characters. Much of the information included in this letter would not fit in their complaint. I'm filing with several state agencies.
