I bought a car from this dealership back on March 19, 2022. I test drove it and it drove nicely. That was my opinion along with two other people I brought along with me. I checked its previous history on the car fax, everything appeared to check out, so I signed papers and took it home that day. On day three, the check engine line came on. I took it to an auto part's place to get a reading and it read that almost all the cylinders were misfiring. So, I bought all brand-new ignitions coils and spart plugs and changed them out. However, that did not fix the problem. I brought it back to the dealership to have their mechanic have a look as it is under warranty. After one day, he said that what he found was a cracked spark plug and swapped it for a new one. He cleared the code and a day or two later the check engine light came back on. I then brought it to second mechanic for a second opinion and they offered not help. I continued to change spark plug and ignition coils as my car was burning through them. On August 25, the car really started to act up. I did not think it safe to drive and I decided to take it to a local mechanic who soon realized that the computer was bad. The repair wasn't covered under warranty which meant I had to pay **** for the repairs. I do not think the car was checked thoroughly before being placed on their lot as it wasn't but three days later and the car started to act funny. I have no way of proving it, but I believe that I was sold a faulty car knowingly. Either the car was not checked over thoroughly or the problem was known before being placed up for sale and was placed for sale regardless.
