Bought new ******************************************************************************************************************************** sign for car jacked up the price on the warranty when signing snuck it in, then went out to car to drive home scratches on the inside and the dash was damaged from them. Paid for ceramic coating and inside and found out it wasn't even real ceramic coating, gives me title to wrong vehicle then takes forever to get the right title. Then scratches was supposed to be addressed and I was there all day and scratches was still there when went out to vehicle with salesman when gave me the keys back and acted like he didn't even care said the people only maje 12 dollars a hour that detail the cars. Manager talks to me like I work for him and was very very rude, and won't let me have a meeting with the ** and the Owner because he don't want them to hear me complain about him and all the problems that happened to me.It all comes down to this, BUYING A BRAND NEW CAR SUPPOSED TO BE A GREAT EXPERIENCE AND TO BE TREATED WITH RESPECT AND NOT A NIGHTMARE.This company is horrible, don't buy anything from them look at others also who have horrible experiences. Things happen and it's how it's handled in a professional manner not like a school kid but like adults, the managers name is **** and he makes it so you can't contact the owner or Gm to complain about him or his staff which I will someday talk to the owner even if I have to take to court over, which I'm currently working on because of all the scratches, damage to front bumper, scratches dash top and other problems I have documented. They also changed my rating I gave them so others wouldn't see at there ************ ME THESE GUYS ARE CROOKED DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!!Review from Zack S

I bought a Jeep Compass from ***************************. He sold me on the extended warranty because if I got it I would not have to worry about the vehicle from back to front. The first time I bring in the vehicle for service I got stuck with a $1,200 bill. I called **** to found out why I got a bill at all as he told me I didn't need to worry about vehicle maintenance and he raised his voice at me saying I remembered wrong and that he couldn't have been wrong because he is always careful about what he tells people. I must've got me knowledge of the warranty from somewhere and he is the only person I talked to. He admitted this has happened multiple times so it is clearly not me. The service people are nice and for all I know the other sales people could be to but **** is a liar and a scumbag and I want to warn everyone not to work with him or listen to a single word that comes out of his mouth.Review from Clayton K

On May 25th I had my 2019 Dodge Challenger delivered to Courtesy Dodge for repairs from damage that occurred from sliding into a ditch during a storm. From the very beginning, working with the dealer, I was shown no respect from the shop manager Kari, as If I was a burden. I chalked it up to her having a bad day and left it alone. Over the following weeks, I gave minimal updates on the car and began to worry, as I'm from New York, and need repairs done to get the car back home. After six weeks of waiting, I was told they were still waiting on side skirts to arrive from California, which are made to order, and they couldn't give me an ETA on when they would arrive. I told Kevin (my service rep) to finish everything else as the side skirts are aesthetic, and I'd just have them installed later whenever they arrive. We are now at 4th of July weekend, and I finally get the update I was looking for; the car is almost ready, and I would be able to pick it up Wednesday (July 7th). I get to the dealer Wednesday, and my car is not there.. The service tech was driving it "around the block" to charge the battery. At this point, I was excited to get the car back finally, so I didn't say anything about it. Kevin then states we should get the paperwork out of the way while the tech is driving the car around, which I stupidly agree to, and pay the repair costs. After 25 minutes, the tech finally shows up with my car, and I'm beyond shocked by what I see that nothing has been fixed. There is still debris on the vehicle from the accident, parts hanging from the car, and rocks lodged into the calipers making god-awful noises as the tech drives it in. I immediately start asking the service department why the car is not fixed, and I'm told the car hasn't been to the body shop yet, as the side skirts hadn't arrived. I'm left speechless, I just paid thousands of dollars, and nothing on my car has been fixed by Courtesy Dodge. Leaving the dealer, I'm told one more week for repairs, which gives me hope for the situation. The following week I try following up with the dealer multiple times with no response. I repeatedly ask for a call back with an update on the car, no response. I begin checking my Uconnect app, and notice the vehicle hasn't moved from the service parking lot since July 7th. Today is now the 19th of July, I leave one final voicemail pleading for an update on the car, nothing in response. I only have one option at this point, bring the car to a different shop to have the repairs done. I schedule a tow truck to pick up the car and try calling the dealer to let them know I'm going to have the vehicle repaired elsewhere; again, no response. Later in the afternoon, I receive a call from the tow truck driver, and he states Courtesy Dodge will not release the vehicle to him. I immediately receive two incoming calls from Dodge, one from Kari, another from Kevin. Kari states they can't release the vehicle, as I've not paid for the parts. After going back and forth on phone calls with Kari and Kevin, they finally realize I have paid for the parts, and can release my vehicle, which is still not fixed.Review from Sherrie P

Brought my van in for regular oil change and was told everything was in great working order. I asked about the cost to repair my air conditioning and was told that my model year would be $750. Later made the appointment. Got the ink test $280 and now it is $1400, but there was a special so they took $100 off. Pick up the van and can't get the temperature to work right away. Then noticed the check engine light is on. Tried calling but even with going through the operator can only leave a message that was never returned. Next afternoon texted Kevin my service representative and set appointment for repair again. Let him know it is now leaking a fluid. Drop off again and now I have a radiator hose leaking. Now it is another $200. Get the van back and have air for 2 whole days. Back to leaving a message and 2 days later still no call back from Courtesy. I know Kevin is off, but he said to let them know right away. Not sure anyone in service cares. Will see what happens this week.
