      ComForCare took care of my dad. He struggled to remember his medication and their caregiver stopped in everyday to make sure he took the pills, was dressed and had something to eat. I credit their caregivers with giving him a few more years to enjoy his grandkids.

      ComForcare helps anyone who wants to stay in the comfort of his or her home. The caregiver helps with cleaning to taking the client for appointments and groceries. When a need arises for a client, Comforcare is there and willing to help out. The office staff is willing to help the caregivers to have adequate supplies and support.

      ComForCare has been a great help to my 103 yr old Mother. She had started to need more care than the family could ********************** was easy to work with in finding the correct care giver.

      They sent out a worker. That was incompetent for the job. Used unsanitary dish rags to wipe food off counter and put in clients meal. Checked off chores on her checklist she never completed. Left dirty dishes in sink, and on stove. Used dirty dishes over again to prepare next day meals.

      Hello, *******! HIPPA confidentiality prevents me from addressing more directly the situation. As you were not my client but addressed in your review that my caregiver worked in your home I will answer this concern as best I can. My nurse spent several hours working with your new in-home caregiver on the phone and in person training for the many hi-tech medical needs of the client. The caregiver was well-trained and skill assessed by our Director of Client Services, an RN/BSN who went to your home on 2 separate occasions and took daily phone calls from you addressing each concern as you voiced them. The things you are mentioning here, these activities of daily living being done poorly were not mentioned on any of the daily calls you placed. We are very sorry that you feel as though we provided you with poor service. When we gave notice that we would be unable to work with your household further it was so that you might find someone that could meet your needs better. Well wishes and happy holidays!
