The fact that they had my truck for 2 and a half weeks but when I picked it up and brought it home, the new paint had white specs all over it. I know when I dropped it off that I had a small amount of gas in it. Enough though to get me back to my house area. But when I left the light was immense on. I asked the guy in charge of my truck case and he said they had to do a test drive. I had body work done, like painting. Why were they driving it around to test drive it. And said that my insurance didn't reimburse gas. No reason for them to drive it for their leisure. It should've went from inside the building to outside. Them driving it collected the paint specs I believe. Or the decided to buff next to my wet paint truck. Also the blacks don't match. They were highly recommended. I wouldn't though. Too much credit to place that don't deserve it.Review from Sara L

I dont usually post reviews but after working with Koenes Auto Body, I could not be happier! After hitting a deer, I took my car to a few body shops in the area. Koenes Auto Body was the only one who was able to fix my car and get me back on the road quickly. I was amazed! Not only was their turn around time the quickest, the service I received during the whole process put my mind at ease. My car looked great, like the accident never happened! Koenes is top notch, from the office staff, to the estimators, to the technicians, even their coordination with the insurance company. Excellent results, good as new. They even took an extra step, finding a brake problem that made the Jeep unsafe to drive. Although not in their normal realm of repairs, Koenes fixed it and I could drive it home. Great work. A tree had damaged my Challenger. I contacted Koenes Auto Body for a quote. The estimator came to me. I brought my car to Koenes and they repaired the damage. The color match was perfect and my car was good as new. They even detailed the inside of the car! Will recommend Koenes to others.Review from Courtney D

On my way back on an early morning a deer decided to run in front of my car... I barely made it home. I trailed it to Koenes, since I heard they did good work. 1 week later, my car looked better than before the accident. 5 stars
