Had them service my washing machine which in a matter of time starting doing the same thing which required me to hire another company because this guy would not stand behind his workBusiness response

Business Response /* (1000, 5, 2021/09/20) */ The customer hired me to come out and look at his washer . When I got there and took the unit apart I could not find the Tec Sheet with the Diagnosis codes and wire schematic. The customer then stated he hired another company to come out before I did , He also could not find a Tec Sheet and refused to work on the unit . I told the customer I do not work on anything that don't have a Tec Sheet ether . He stated the unit just needed the electronic controllers replaced. And would like for me to do that. I told the customer I could do that without any warranty because, I'm not diagnosing the problem. I ordered the parts. I Went back to the home and installed the parts. The unit worked properly when I left, and they used it for a month. Customer called back and said it's doing the same thing again. I advised the customer to call the manufacturer and have the factory come out and look at the unit, Because there is no Tec sheet to go through proper diagnosis procedures. And here we are today. ************* Owner / Operator of River City Appliance Service. Consumer Response /* (3000, 7, 2021/09/21) */ (The consumer indicated he/she DID NOT accept the response from the business.) I was never told that he wouldn't work on it because I didn't have a Tec sheet. I never told him that I knew what the problem was and that I just wanted him to fix it.After the first visit the guy told me over the phone that he knew the problem and that it was one of two things that would fix the problem So he required me to pay for the repair up front and we never discussed that he wouldn't stand behind his work. So I contacted another company that came out and fixed my washer without a tech sheet. Business Response /* (4000, 9, 2021/09/22) */ He said he knew what was wrong with it and requested me to replace the controllers . I did that . It fixed the issue . If it failed again . Then there is some sort of short or something in the unit . The Customer was advised to call the manufacturer for repair of unit . I'm done with the job . It was repaired and worked for 30 days . I'm Not going to give the customer anything. I'm not going to respond any more . The job was fixed . He has another problem. And I'm not willing to do work for this customer again . This case is closed , and I will not respond again . If he doesn't work on machine without a tec sheet then why did he order the parts that he said would fix the problem and have to bill me before he ordered the parts. And why did another repair come in after hem and fix the problem.
