We used Home Zone to purchase windows and siding for our home. The window installation was fine. The siding is another story. The crew they sent did not like that we would ask questions about the work. The crew leader was rude and constantly annoyed by my husband and I pointing out things that did not look right or that we were concerned about. We were very concerned about the flashing up around the roof where the different levels of the house met and at the base where the siding met the brick. He exclaimed multiple time he had it taken care of. They did not **** places and when they did it was like a kid did it. It was awful. We complained after the job was finished and they came back out and re-calked our large window. Then, we noticed the the siding was not locked in around the house and there was no flashing. We also had areas coming apart and bowing. Most importantly, we began having water coming in to our Family Room. We have a quad and had never had issues with water prior to the siding. Also, the water was not getting into the basement. The came out and told us that whoever sided our house did a horrible job. They were sympathetic our plight and my husband and I thought we were going to get a resolution. Not the case! After that, they continued to make appointments and there was always confusion on there part. My husband and I took multiple days off to be here to get the issues fixed. Never showed up and had to call constantly to see if they were company. It took me crying and pleading to the scheduling guy for him to have someone come out again to look at what was going on. They sent someone else again to see all that was going on. Again, he said the job was very poorly done and felt really bad for us. He called his boss and they agreed to fix. They sent the same guy who did the job originally and he calked under the siding to fix the water. I still have siding that is not locked in, no flashing and water coming in my family roomInitial Complaint

I ordered work for new shower on March 25. They told me at least 6 weeks and at most 8 weeks for project completion. It is July 5 now and still not complete. It is half done. They had ordered the wrong door. Then they ordered the right door on June 14. They said they ordered it as rush order. That was 3 weeks ago. They don’ t even call with updates and are not returning my calls. I told them I expect a $1400.00 discount for what they put us through, that is if they plan on in installing the door at all.
