Sprays Plumbing is well known in the Cheboygan area and highly regarded. I have called them at 8pm on a cold January night for emergency service on behalf of a client, recommended them to my family members, and had them take care of my own plumbing needs at a property nearby. DON'T EVER USE THIS COMPANY! They lie about hours & charge outrageous amounts of $. When you try to communicate with the owner, to pay the bill, she says she can charge whatever she wants & tells you she is going to have the local sheriff arrest you. They are dishonest & morally corrupt.

We have been a hometown business since 1985 with little complaints. We have many, many happy seasonal clients. We did serviced this cottage a few times. Ms. ******* has a history of only paying her prior bill when she wanted something else done in the home. She had drainage issues from the run-off of the road. Our technician told her and her husband, there could be nothing done until the water was gone from under the home. She called multiple times stating the water was gone, when in fact each time we went out, there was standing water in the crawl space. She was charged for each trip and did not have a complaint with the service until she had another issue and was asked to make a payment, a month or so later. We attempted to reach out and resolve the issue, several times via mail & phone messages, without reply. After months of interest free statements, we began a small claims against Ms. *******. A judgment in our favor was issued after she failed to show up for the court proceedings. Ignoring the judgement for two years, interest and court fees had accumulated on her account. She did call months before the final hearing to curse at me, shout profanities and state she wasn't paying so stop sending her statements. Fast forward to a few days before the hearing, her "lawyer" and her also phoned the office to settle (after we already had the judgement), which ended with her calling the office manager bad names and threatening the company. She offered to pay a fourth of her bill, which was lower than the initial service call. She has never spoken to the owner of the business. The final court hearing was a discovery hearing. Which meant she either had to pay or give her information so we could collect from her via taxes or her job or she would be held in contempt of court (which could result in a warrant for her arrest). At no time did anyone tell her she would have the "local sheriff" arrest her. In the court proceedings she had threatened our business, called the manager several names again and yelled multiple profanities. The court personnel had to instruct her to "keep it professional" and "stop with the slanderous remarks". She did say in her parting comments, because she had more money than "us", she would ruin us and never stop. Ms. ******* did end up paying her bill, court fees and all, with the lovely added, "I hope you choke on it". I'll let her review speak for herself.
