      My car was hit by 3 huge moving deer. Needless to say, my entire driver side of my car was smashed in. From the front fender all the way to the back bumper. I filed a claim with my insurance and since I had gotten my last 3 cars at Suburban in Garden City I took it there to be repaired. BIG MISTAKE!!When my car was finished, I went up to pick it up. Apparently they left all the doors open when they painted all the parts on my car. The inside of my car was so dirty, dusty, and filthy you could no even sit on my leather seats. It was just disgusting. My husband had to call the body shop manager. He did take it back and have it all detailed. But really, who gives you your car back like this.This is not the worst of it. My front driver ****** was smashed in with the hoof's of the deer. 1 year later my entire fender is cracking off, falling apart, paint is running. It is a mess. I took it to a reputable body shop and he told me the entire fender needs to be replaced. $1000.00. I have tried calling, emailing for over the past month with not a response from them. I emailed today and my message was returned (receiver block me). This is the worst car dealer I have ever dealt with. On top of this, when I did call and spoke with customer service, there body shop is now closed and moved over to the Plymouth location. Humm wonder why that is. Called the Plymouth location and they has absolutely no record of my car even begin repair at their Garden City location. I do have all the original paperwork. THIS IS A S*** CAR DEALER!! BEWARE!!GARDEN

      ************************ has horrible service the rep for you car never call you back or go through with their promises I went there today to check on a radio they supposedly ordered, a update on any recalls for my transmission stalls (The first time i took it they said it has no problem they can see but they might have a recall soon this is the first year they used this transmission)and I had two tires that had a slow leak I got there 1:00pm I talked to the *********************************** I asked him for an update on recent problems and can he look at my tires he looked at the psi of my tires an said there nothing he can do they close at 2 he would check with my rep and call me Monday I said ok let me show you the radio problem because it's happening now so you can be a witness so no one can say there's no problem. The guy showed no interest and repeated the exact same thing so it was a clear sign he didn't want to help me so I asked for a manager for atleast the update on my radio and transmission while I'm waiting for a manager at this time it's about 1:15 and I see ***** help the customer behind me with his tires when he didn't even offer me air to get home then the manager comes over ******************* I told him my issues he told me my rep never ordered the radio and asked why didn't I call to check for progress. Which I did but to get any process with them you have to come in to complain. Instead of help me he rather talk over me to explain to me why I should have called to keep complaining ( ITS NO PROGRESS WITH THIS TRUCK SENSE I HAD IT ITS BEEN A HUGE HEADACHE PLUS IT A 2022 )

      Service Manager contacted ******************** on 8/15/2022 to review concerns. After speaking with him, the Service Manager and ******************* came to an agreement to return to the dealership to address the issues he is having with his vehicle.

      Let me start off by saying i wish i could give these people 0 stars. They are the most UNBELIVBLE dealership i have ever worked with ever!! Recently I had taken my 2016 Dodge Durango R/T to this service department to have my engine light checked. They did a inspection of the vehicle and determined that the emissions had a leak in it. We had them fix the part and picked the vehicle up (after they had it for 4 weeks to fix 1 part). Not even 2 days later they engine light popped right back on. I had the engine light checked again and come to find out that it was the same problem that we just had fixed. I called the service department to bring my vehicle in to get it fixed again but they stated i needed to make an appointment first. They stated that the first available appointment was in 2 weeks so i took it. I waited till my appointment day to bring the vehicle back up to them and when i showed up they stated that i did not have a appointment that day and i would have to make another one. This happened 2 different times. Finally after the 3rd appointment i finally got my car back into the service department. They first told me that i was going to have to pay another diagnostic fee to see if it was the same issue as before. I did not agree to this but i needed to get it checked and fixed so i told them to go ahead and do the check. They took my vehicle back and told me that i would hear back from them in 2-3 business days. It took them 8 days to get back to me with what was wrong with the vehicle. They stated that it was not the emissions issue it was something else and that error message was popping up because the forgot to clear the error message on the car the last time the vehicle was in. Then they go to explain to me that i needed a oil pressure switch as well as both the right and left motor mounts. I go to pick my vehicle up and they tried to charge me for 2 diagnostic fees and charge me **** for the work. The gentleman that was "helping" me was very rude and condescending when speaking to me. After i picked my vehicle up i took it to another vehicle repair shop and they showed me that the parts that the dealership told me needed to be replaced where not bad at all. I had already bought both motor mounts going off what the dealership told me so he replaced both but was not necessary. after these parts where changed my engine light went off and now the vehicle is back to new. PLEASE DO NOT GO TO THIS DEALERSHIP AS THEY WILL RIP YOU OFF AND NOT CARE ABOUT YOU OR YOUR VHECILE.
