If you are looking to have any brick work done, we highly recommend Next Level Custom Brick. We had a wonderful experience with everyone we worked with throughout the rebuild of our porch and the replacement of several hundred bricks on our home. The company is incredibly organized, honest and very client-oriented. ***** and ***** kept us informed of every step along way and helped greatly. The crew was amazing. They worked very hard, kept our property clean and had great attention to detail. Thanks to the matching bricks and skilled team, we cannot even tell which bricks were replaced. After several companies scheduled to quote our job and never came we found Next Level Custom Brick and gave them a call. ***** came out the same week and let us know that our brick was both an unusual size and style and that could make things a bit tricky (it didnt). He was professional and provided us with a reasonable quote and drone pictures on the spot. We were scheduled the very next week (lucky timing for us). When the team said that they would start at 8 they meant it. By 7:30 they were assembled in the driveway and by 8 they were on the roof working away. They completed and cleaned up the job before lunch. The entire experience has left us very pleased. From the initial phone call requesting an estimate I just knew this would be the company we would hire. Super pleasant and professional. The estimate was done on site and we were handed a printed copy of everything we contracted for. The estimate was so professional and Nic so thorough we hired Next Level that day. We needed some additional brick and our original brick was no longer available; Nic dropped off samples the next day. He nailed it. Got it right on the first try! The crew that did the actual work were great as well. Clean, neat, polite craftsman. The whole experience was a pleasure. Everything went very smoothly. We had rebuilds on two chimneys down to the roof line. The crew showed up promptly on time and stayed late to finish the job in one day. Cleanup was amazing.
