I have been calling this company everyday for last 3 weeks,they took my 50% payment for installing windows,no calls no pickups no show,idk if they are trying to scam a small family with only one person working,I have two old parents who can't sleep at night bcz the windows keep on making noise,I have tried every possible way to contact paramount home improvements,they have been successfully ignoring me everyday,I'm just on the verge of patience,if you can't provide honest service why try to rob some poor customers who make ur business?Review from Nancy P

Just had a new roof installed. The company was great. ***** explained the costs, time to complete and called before job was started. The roofers worked everyday in the hot sun and heat to get the roof completed. My yard was cleaned up when they were done. I would recommend Paramount to anyone needing a new roof.

I am a 100% satisfied repeat customer of **********************. Over the last 20 years I've had windows replaced in my primary and summer homes, added a sunroom, had kitchen and bathroom cabinets installed. We have hired paramount several times to do home improvement work for us, the 1st time was 4 years ago and had all of the windows replaced in our upstairs. Quoted below all competitors with equivalent quality windows. We had such a good experience with them we hired them to do our roof and that was completed ahead of schedule with the best quality materials and workmanship 07-11-2022. We currently have windows on order, which we expect will be the same quality workmanship and materials we have received thus far.Paramount Home Improvements Response

I had 6 windows and a Patio door unstalled on July 12th I have two windows that the bugs get in also the patio door has cut from the top to the bottom and across the bottom of the window also the screen is bent and a hole in ti also i have a window that when the wind blows out of the north or the west o one of my front windows there is leak you can hear the wind blowing thru it . I HAVE CALLED THEM SEVERAL TIMES BUT THEY DON'T ANSWER WHEY THEY DO THEY SAY THEY WILL SEND A SERVICE MAN BUT THAT HAPPEN I THINK I WILL GET ALAWER AND SUE THEM I WOULD NOT REAMEND THEM FOR ANY WORK g wARE
