I had Water Work Plumbing install a toilet last year, and had them back again to install another.The men were very professional and very nice both times. *** was a "Great Guy" (Ha!-Get it?). I wouldnt hesitate again using WaterWork Plumbing. Even though they're home office is what I thought to be quite a distance, they said, no problem, they service my area. He arrived on the time stated and called before stopping in. I just Love my newly installed Throne. Thanks WaterWork Plumbing!! I hope to never have to call you again, but if I need a good plumber you are now my "Go To Guys" / *** (get it)? Thank you.

We had water work out to snake our drains. Had sewage coming up in the basement. **** was so nice- answered our questions too. They were about 20 minutes late but once the drain was clear- it was a huge relief.WaterWork Plumbing Response

Ive used WaterWork three times now for various issues on my house, and Ive always been satisfied with their work. Office staff are very polite and easy to speak to. A plumber has come to my home generally within 24 hours of my call, and always listen to my concerns and explain their proposed solutions to me. I would use them again and recommend them to my friends.WaterWork Plumbing Response

I called Waterwork plumbing to replace my gas water heater because it was leaking at the bottom of the tank. They told me that they charged $144 per hour. When a guy came and checked the heater, he insisted that nothing is wrong with the water heater and water is coming out of the furnace. I showed him even the spot where the water was coming from. Despite that, he insisted that he has 23 years of experience and the water heater is all good. He wrote the same on the receipt. He charged me $ 95 for 20 minutes of work and left. The water is still leaking from the water heater. I have to find another company to take care of it. Some advice: never hire a company that charges by an hour and clarify the terms before hiring a company. I will never recommend this company. I have filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau also.WaterWork Plumbing Response

I called them on March 30, 2022, to ask for a resolution as they had asked. I had given them a week to tell me whether my compromise is acceptable. As of today (Friday, April 8, 2022), they did not respond. It seems that their rule is to ask the complainant to call to show they are interested in resolving complaints. Instead, they ignore any response.
