      This company has a whole scam they put together with the Cadillac and Cheverolet dealership in ********. Stay away check out their ****** reviews they scammed me out of a 24k loan. I hope the money was worth it because I do not being taken advantage of.

      Avoid. Price posted online was less than what they wrote the purchase agreement up with by thousands. Ghosted when asked why the price was different. Tried pushing their own financing and saying 1% different on interest didn't mean much more than $10 a year which is great math. Like stepping back into the 90s car dealership, pressure sales. Had to throw away my clothes away to get rid of the slime.

      I was sold a car that had severe mechanical issues they were not disclosed but ignored and hidden by the dealership. Within a few months the car began to overheat have engine problems was put in the dealerships shop for at least a month but they never fixed the car. Their managers and owner felt that it's right for a customer to be treated this way. The warranty was about $2000 I was told it covered everything but when the car was put in their shop the mechanics and managers didn't even attempt to contact my warranty company to have the repairs covered by the warranty that they felt were necessary. Instead I was lied to and told my car was fixed they attempted to charge me $150 which is $50 more than my warranty deductible for not fixing my car just for replacing a radiator cap and adding coolant. The SAME EXACT thing they did to supposedly repair the car before it was sold They were aware of the fact that nothing they did would actually fix the car but these things were done just to get the car out of their shop and make me believe it was fixed. Of course the problems returned not long after the car came out of the shop. The cost of the car with warranty was close to $10,000 the managers and owner feel as though the fair and right thing to do is to offer me a $650 good will check while I have a car that can't be driven traded in or anything else and I'm told in order to get another car I must file bankruptcy. BUYER BEWARE of their used car dealership and their service shop!!!!!!!

      I made an appointment with the dealership , I arrived on time and checked in and was told by the service clerk they were to busy and I should have made an appointment which I stated I did. The service clerk then held up a stack of papers saying we are tied up for at least a day, I asked to speak with a manager and conveniently he or she was in a meeting. The service clerk was extremely rude telling me no appointment listed and even if it was they we are still busy, the service clerk never made any attempt to call what he called the telephone center because he repeatedly stated to me they don't know nothing about what goes on here. I called the call center as I headed home to verify the appointment made and was told they only make appointments based off the dealership availability they submit. this was the worst and most unprofessional business practice I have ever come across in my life. they lost a customer
