      Bought the 2021 Arcadia on September 10th, I liked the options and the color of the vehicle. What I came in for was cheaper and more mileage, was told the financial company wanted a newer vehicle with less miles, no problem. Test drove it, liked it even more but had a funny smell to it. I was told they could get rid of the smell, no luck, it seemed to get worse, especially when the windows were open. They took the car back and brought in a specialist. He told them the carpet needed to come out and clean both sides and the floor of the vehicle. They even offered to buy it back under their 3 day policy. Bought it on a Thursday, they made the offer at 5pm on Friday. There 3 cars comparable, by Monday when I came back, two were sold and the third had no title yet. Everyday I get more upset with them, I was told by the used car manager and my salesperson that they would find a similar match and email me on a weekly basis. No emails and November 10th will be 2 months. The owner, was there when it was brought back a week later for cleaning, his comment was " I don't smell anything". According to several employees, that shared with me; they should have never sold that car. The smell is bad, rotten food, dead person, f*** spray maybe? After being in the car for an hour, your clothes start to smell like the inside of the car. It left the lot, it's not their problem anymore.

      This vehicle was not purchased at Les Stanford Chevrolet Cadillac in ******** but rather at the Les Stanford Buick GMC location in Ferndale,**.

      Received mail flyer about lease. Made appointment with salesman. Took car in on Wednesday, April 26. Salesman check car. When he returned one of the issues he said they noticed was that my hood emblem from my Buick Enclave was missing. It was very noticeable as he showed it to me. I think it was removed at this dealership. I park my car in a garage all the time. We never noticed it missing until we were told at dealership. We don't know what can be done about this, but it sure seems suspicious.

      This business knowingly defrauded me. I filled out a Credit form on their site as asked by my sales person. Within the next hour or two I tried to text my sales person 4 times to ask where we were at with the process. after running my credit for the truck (which was completely satisfactory to buy the truck) he Informed me they just sold the truck to someone else. He knowingly ran my credit with no intention of selling me the truck. My credit is my name and my reputation which in part was tarnished by their fraud. This company is unbelievable to do business with.

      As much as we would like to have the inquiries removed they are authorized per the application submitted.  A consume dispute with a credit reporting bureau will most likely result in a removal as we do not send a physical copy of your application to lenders if a loan is not started.
