              Friedman Real Estate is not maintaining the 8-story property called *********************** Apartments. In the past 60 days, there are been ZERO 24-hour periods where all basic services have been provided. In the past 60 days, there have been no days in which the residents have had elevator service, hot water, and heat. In October, there was no heat, the last week of October there was no heat AND no hot water; On October 31, heat and hot water were restored but on November 1, the elevators went out; they were restored on November 17 but on the 18th the hot water and heat went out; hot water was restored on November 22, but then the elevators went out again on November 23. These are basic services. Friedman Real Estate needs to replace some basic infrastructure elements -- boiler and elevator.

              My son moved into these apartments in January *********************************************************** the buildings are smelly and dirty with poor lighting closet doors are falling off the tracts garbage at the dumpster area are running over dog p*** all in the grass management tell lies my son had to hire his own exterminator as management does nothing about the roaches he will not be renewing his lease here renters beeare do not move here!
