              This *************************** was very professional! Walked me throughout the multiple issue(s) that was/is affecting my sewage system step-by-step, frame by frame. It was very educational. Even gave me somewhat of a history ****** from the different types of plumbing components used over time. He would be a great narrator/specialist like the guys you see on *******. In my book he is the *** **** of plumbing!Five stars and two thumbs up.??????????????

              Quick and efficient. Tech found a leak in the furnace but tightened up a ****** to stop moisture from leaking onto the pan below. He instructed me to check the leak when winter hits and the furnace is run frequently. The unit is under warranty and the problem parts will be replaced if the leak continues. All in all a nice job.

              Had a backup by my floor drain and called Thornton and Grooms. ******* ******* came out and did an excellent job. He was professional, great personality, on time, answered all my questions. A 5 star experience.Unfortunately, I have to schedule a camera inspection to see what may be clogging the drain. Not much showed up on the drain cleaning flex cable.
