    They stole my controller. I sent it in for repairs and have heard nothing but marketing and automated support emails from them since. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM

    Selling faulty controllers a $200+ controller shouldnt have issues in the first 30 days this is rediculous and they dont even offer to make it right they want more money to even check it out

    Horrible quality components/hardware. Therea no way their mouse click triggers and stick drift kits aren't from *****. I'm looking at the exact parts on **** and Alibaba stright from *****. Horrible quality. I have well under 50 hours of total playtime on my controller and not only did the plastic body parts break, but the mouse clicks just straight up stopped working and are seized up. I had to take it upon myself to try and fix my controller with some spare parts I have from old controllers since they charge you for both shipping, diag, and parts and labor to fix the controller that should have PLENTY of warranty to it with the price that you pay for the custom controllers. Never again will I buy cinch gaming anything. Infact I'm ordering a acuf tonight. Nothing but good reviews over there.

    I bought a controller a month early for my sons birthday. 4 months later, and still no controller. Horrible.

    ****** for a controller with included anti-stick drift that has a 30 day warranty. Said controller now has stick drift a year later. Now I pay another ***** for the updated stick module and controller service. Being told by customer service that a new module has replaced the old because stick drift is inevitable but yet charged customers for the anti-drift sticks. Were now told a new module fixes this but will cost an additional *****. Ill be getting it done, because I dont want a now ****** controller to be a paper weight, but I will not recommend nor buy another cinch gaming controller.

    Disappointing from start to finish. **************** was terrible. No communication about my build for months. Finally get someone who was hired recently to help with customer service and gave me the most vague and minimal updates. Finally get my controller. Average but better than stock. Right mouse click trigger and RS stick drift become a problem after only 4 months. Contact them and the solution they have is send it to us, you pay the freight, well tell you then if we can fix it, but its already out of warranty so youll have to pay for it, and then you pay freight to get it back. *******. Bought a Scuf controller for $20 less and it has lasted 5 months longer. Plus when stock drift did become a problem, they sent me a return label, covered it under warranty and took care of the problem. Im all about startups, but this is too much to ask. Wont buy again.

    I feel that people need to know that after waiting the 8 weeks for my sons custom controller we contacted cinch gaming and they quickly responded and said it was not ready so I requested a full refund and they quickly replied and my money was returned very fast I believe this company may have gotten too big fast and that they are doing their best to make customers happy just wanted to say that I was disappointed that we didnt receive the controller but they where honest responded fast and money was refunded in a day!

    Cinch gaming is the worst. The product they are putting out is horrible. Can't ever talk to anyone. Cowards. IF you can get anyone to answer your email, the only response they give is that they are new company, be patient. Don't waste your time or money. Didn't get the product timely, then it was broken within a few months. To get the defective product fixed, you have to buy a repair service. I Like you didn't pay enough already. So sad. Lost my business forever. What a scam.
