Greener method cleaning services just left my house today 11/21/23 and they did an excellent job. My carpets are the cleanest theyve ever been and I will never use another carpet cleaning company.incredible to see all the stains spots magically go away. Even moreall products are natural organic and chemical free & no smell! ?? ***** was ******************* detailed, and I will request him again in the spring when I call for my next cleaning!

What started as a good business relationship with Greener Method became a nightmare. They attempted to clean my velvet sofas and failed drastically leaving water marks all over it. They send the same technician twice, then sent a supervisor that said the first technician shouldve refused to take the job since he didnt know exactly how treat this specific genre of luxurious fabric. For over three weeks the front desk lady assured me that my problem will be solved and that shell make sure Im a satisfied customer ( please note that I didnt hear from upper manager during the whole process), she also mentioned that I shouldnt be worried, and suggested I write an angry email to her boss ( her exact words) and this should take care of the situation. During this whole time I was super polite, but after ignoring me for weeks, she finally answered me saying that they cant even refund the fees I paid, and that I signed a paper that said that they did their best cleaning the sofas. At this point I snapped and told her that Im gonna file a complaint and make negative reviews online. This is when their manager decided to send me the most discriminating, impolite, unprofessional and arrogant email claiming that I demeaned his employee and that I have no rights in any of my claims( he finally had the time to take care of business by harassing a customer).He threatened that the calls are recorded, but only used a part of the calls in his email. He never used the parts where I was cooperating and trying to find a solution.Please avoid them by all means. They have zero respect to customer, managers are so arrogants and lack leadership. They make bad examples for their employees

***** is really adamant about getting your floors clean. Hes in no hurry to leave until he knows hes done his best. As he cleans he explains in detail what stains he can get rid of and which ones are gonna be problematic. **** of experience and it shows !!!!
