  Posing as an employer who cares and wants to hire those who want to help in need of autistic care and support, they sure do make the employees who HAVE autism suffer greatly. Three months after being hired to find out Im being fired for being inactive! How is an employee supposed to work if no one reaches out to them? To top it all off, to threaten me to pay back for wages lost! What wages were lost? I never received any work from this employer!

  This organization is the worst experience Ive had to deal with. They should not allowed to be in business. *** never would have suspected that after almost 7 months of waiting for services to begin, it would be such a huge disaster! The unprofessionalism my family received is unfathomable. Clearly they are only focused on money. They should be ashamed that they represent themselves as professionals. There was nothing professional about it. Keep them away from your children! Complete waste of time and money. They tell you everything that you want to hear until they send unqualified BTs into your home.

  Don't care about your family? That's just fine because either does this for-profit conglomeration of all things terrible about psychology, the need for therapy, and general ********. Nothing matters to this company but money, money, money. I have 1+ million in charges to insurance to show for it.Again, if you want an organization with crappy, ill-educated technicians messing with your loved ones, if you want BCBAs willing to commit perjury under oath to destroy your family, and if you want to have your entire family restructured by a corporate entity, by all means... HIRE CENTRIA AUTISM!

  I was a previous employee with the specific company, but I was working for them in *******. During the time of working there, I enjoyed what my position was, which was a behavioral technician. I specifically worked with one child and enjoyed working with the child. I worked with him for about a month and a half I believe, and during the end of my employment there were a few concerns I had regarding my clients family. I felt as though I was being taken advantage of and did bring it to my boss and HRs attention. With all the proof that I had, I did forward it to both parties and they stated try to talk to them and see what happens then. At the last week of my employment, there was an incident with myself and the clients mother. I did bring it to my bosses attention, and I did have concerns regarding my safety and didnt feel comfortable stepping foot back into the clients home. Again, all of this was in messages so I can have my documentation. My boss only seemed very concerned about if I would be taking the day off or not. After that, I did email HR and proceeded to do a report. After explaining the entire situation to both HR and my boss, and what led up to the situation to me, feeling unsafe, they proceeded to fire me. I did speak with an HR lady over the phone and she as well seemed more focused about me not going back to the Client after I repeatedly showed proof of messages stating to my boss, how I did not feel safe and that my boss ignored my concerns and safety, and wanted to push me to **** it up and go back. If I would have known, this company takes safety of their employees not so serious I would have never decided to work with this company. I do not feel that this was right and I would like this company to take ownership of letting me go due to the fact that I did not feel safe with a specific client for many reasons after many complaints.

  This place has ruined my life? My child went from having tantrums 1s a month to everyday their staff calls out so much she barely received service, Staff in office is disrespectful. neglectful. They neglected my child for a week and a half. My child was out for a whole two weeks straight and ones a wk after that, because their employees are unprofessional. They did nothing. They showed me that they only cared about making money off of your child head. Your child will probably end up just like mine. Literally, they took away my daughters trust with people. Shes mentally a mess, broken because of them. If you stand up for your child, they will say youre being disrespectful and completely try to drop you. With short notice, two months before school ends is what they did to me. I have found another place and wanted to stay quiet until the end of this school year. so I wouldnt harm my child even further by pulling her out of school. Two months before it ends. After all, they done to my child they couldnt wait two more months to drop her, thats evil. People if you go with this place please have a back up plan read the reviews. I did not do that and I blame myself for what my child is going through. Please people save your child from what is happening to mine. My child went through three people. They put a woman in the beginning with my daughter knowing in three months. She would be moving up in her position. Im sure the number one thing they teach in this employment is consistency. This place is not consistent. No empathy, morals, or dignity. I warn you find somewhere else. I referred people to this place correctional facility. It was the worst thing Ive done Im shouting to the world whoever wants to listen to my story and pain. My daughter is worse than what she was when she started thats a promise. They dismissed us because they knew they couldnt handle my child at all anymore, blamed it on me because they were done making money off of her.

  My daughter was aggressively manhandled by an *** on three seperate occasions during at home ABA therapy in ***********, **. All which were caught on a surveillance camera. The *** also was employed and did not have any proper safety behavior training. My daughter was not aggressive at all in the videos and the *** was. She also force fed my daughter food and made her eat food she spit out. This was just a snack. She grabbed her, pulled her, grabbed her to the ground, carried her by the neck and leg and thrown on the couch. Centria has not provided how they will make sure this never happens again. The company has not take any responsibility. This company has a very high turnover rate with not exoerienced technicians, last minute session cancellations, lots of *** Supervision not done in the home but virtual instead. BCBAs overloaded with cases. I can go on and on. I have proof for each compliant.

  I stand by my honest review with proof of each complaint and will never change my mind about it. I discharged from Centria Autism because my daughter was aggressive manhandled which is a form of abuse. I have 7 videos of the abuse. I have proof of texts and emails of complaints and responses back from all of the other complaints with every **** and ******* Director since I started Centria. I did not ask to not be contacted by Centria when I received a call from Compliance back at the end of October. In fact, I'm still waiting on compliance and the higher *** an apology and for Centria to take full responsibility and to call me and explain how Centria In *********** is going to ensure this abuse will never happen to another child. I even stated I'm also making a complaint against the **** and ******* director as well. Just because I asked to be discharged, does not mean what happened goes away or never existed and it's really sad this is the response from a serious incident that happened under Centria's care and you should thankful my daughter didn't obtain a serious injury! Now I don't want you do contact me because it's obvious Centria will never take responsibility for the abuse and my other complaints. As long as I have proof, I'm allowed to write an honest review and spread awarness for what my family went through. Shame on you Centria.
