    Looks like I have fallen victim to this scam also. Got the email saying my order has shipped. The tracking site says it is still in production. Same Scenario as in the previous complaints. Luckily I have time to correct the problem with a reputable company. I will file a dispute with my credit card company and recover my wasted money. My card company will ask for their phone number, but I can't give it to them because THEY DON'T HAVE ONE. I'm sure this will get some kind of BS reply.

    Big scam and I'm the idiot! Paid over $100 for a Valentines gift for my husband. I have now received 2 messages saying my order has shipped and the website says it has not, there is no number to call for help and those jerks won't reply to emails you just keep getting the exact same automated reply everytime. Please be aware and don't get fd like I did

We hope you can understand that sometimes our system fails to sync the information from the carrier and our team are trying to fix that error and improve our website. We always keep the communication with our customers by sending some emails to notify the status of the order. The customer can base on those emails to have information from their order. We also replied to the email from this customer but we have not received any further replies from the customer to know what he would like for help.     Worst company I have ever dealt with. Placed my order and received emails stating my item was on its way and never received it. Reached out numerous times by email and no reply. Tried calling the number on ******** and of course no answer or reply. Thanks for taking my $200.00 and not sending the item I purchased and ruining my anniversary.

    We are sincerely sorry for this inconvenience it may cause. During the Valentine ******* we have received a large number of orders along with a ton of emails. It is possible that some of them went to the spam box or failed to reach out to our Support Email. If the customer could not reach us by emails, they can contact us via our social media channels. We have some staff taking care of those channels and we are always ready to support the customer. We checked our system and we saw that the item was delivered on February 14 and sent an email to confirm with the customer but we received no reply from the customer.     Placed my order on 12/1/23. On 12/4 received an email that my order was shipped and in 1-3 days I would get a tracking number. Never received. When I track my order on their website it says still in production. I ordered it well in advance of Christmas and in assurance on their website saying how long it takes to ship out, and now in jeopardy of not receiving this gift. No response to my inquiry email.

    My original email confirming my order said that a separate tracking email would be sent withing 1-3 business days. By day 5 when I still had not received tracking info, I emailed customer service. They were very prompt with returning my email, and got me the tracking info that day. The product shipped quickly and it looked just as expected. The canvas is high quality and I know my husband is going ro love it!

    We truly apologize for this inconvenience it may cause. We received a late notification from our carrier that the package of the customer was lost in transit and we immediately took action to protect the customer's rights. We are not a scam and we are willing to process a full refund if the customer does not receive his package. We hope that the customer can be sympathetic to this situation. Sometimes Lost-In-Transit happens beyond our control and we are working with our carrier to improve our shipping service.

    I wish I could leave a review without any stars!!!! They don't deserve the one star! Do not waste your money on this company!!! They lie about shipping out your items then blame it on the carrier service for not updating the tracking. I work for a carrier service and know about the multiple scans that go on each package. They stop responding to emails then respond back four days later in the early morning hours while normal people are sleeping!!! My order supposedly shipped since October 26th, yet they sent me a fake tracking number on November 1st that only said the label was created!. DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY!!!!

We do not blame the problem on the carrier service, it is the truth that our carrier - ***** has experienced an unforeseen problem during the shipment, which caused the delay in updating the tracking link. The customer can send the tracking that we sent to confirm with *** whether it is fake or not. The order still has been in transit and we are trying our best to work with the carrier to ship the item to the customer as quickly as possible. We also have some policies to support the customer's rights so if the tracking continues showing no updates and the package has not arrived, we will refund the customer's money immediately. We can show proof that we actively dealt with our carrier and the customer at the same time and we never leave the customer alone without any updates. We do not want this situation to happen but we will do our best to make the situation right.

    I ordered from this place after getting the run around from a different Etsy business. Was kind of in a rush because running out of time so didn't do the proper research after the run around with the other company. I got an email on the 9th saying my order had shipped. Went to try and track it on their site but it says hasn't shipped yet. Tried reaching out to the company twice since then without success on the status of my order. This place I fear is a scam and I am not going to get my product.

He placed the order on October 6 with the product "Round Sign" and his shipping choice is Economy Insured Shipping.     I was told my order shipped on 10/2 and would recieve it in 3 days. I have not received it and it's now 10/13. I have emailed them multiple times with no response. I found a phone number on FB and called the number and left message with no return call. I will be disputing this charge!!!!!!

    Ordered an anniversary gift without doing the proper research on this "company". It clearly says on their website when the product will be shipped with production time and all of that but they definitely don't adhere to what they are advertising. I got an email stating that the item has been shipped when in reality they just printed a label and marked it shipped so that I will have a hard time getting a refund through PayPal now. I've asked for a refund twice now and have yet to get any further information. This company is totally not legit!
