      On April 24, 2025, I purchased front and rear rotors with accompanying front and rear brake pads through ****. The rear rotors fit perfectly but the front rotors would not, giving off high screeching noises and a loud clunking noise when I applied the brakes. After an examination of the rotors it was found that the front rotors were slightly larger than the old rotors they replaced, causing scraping and grinding.I called Detroit Axle about the problem and they said they wanted a statement from the mechanic who installed them. That didn't happen but we agreed that they (Detroit Axle) would send me a return postage label so I could return them. I returned the rotors, even paying a little extra for special packaging so no scratch damage would occur. After they acknowledged receiving the rotors back, I then received a text that my order was closed with no further explanation and no mention of a refund. I only wanted a refund for the rotors; everything else was installed. When I tried to inform ****, they said the same thing, Order Closed with no further explanation. It seems to me that I should have received a refund for the two front rotors (approximately $60). The only recourse left to me is to file a complaint against Detroit Axle and perhaps **** as well since they both guarantee the parts to fit.

      I ordered my parts on July 7th they took my money and they promised me my parts by the 11th wich is two days after there 2 day delivery and i still have not received my parts and it is now the 12th. They have hung up on me multiple times and have refused to refund me my money or send me my parts. They told me that a manager would call me and i have not received a phone call or anything from the company. They make me sick. How are they allowed to stay in business. By robbing people blind. It truly doesn't make sense to me.

      Ordered a brake kit on **** from Detroit Axle after receiving kit I contacted Detroit Axle about a fitting issue, front pads didnt match contact surface on the rotor, sales representative assured me that I had the correct rotors. I painted rotors and installed them after weather conditions improved here in *******, a few weeks later. After installing, I did an inspection and found rotors was not correct. I contacted sales again at Detroit Axle and was again told that I had the correct rotors. Only after a disagreement and a picture to them and a **************************************************************************** and since they were installed they would not warranty rotors for replacement, I feel that there is a safety factor involved and they should have been more willing to work with me. I then tried to file a complaint with ****, they were not willing to work with me because I had contact Detroit Axle before contacting **** however Detroit Axle assured me over and over that I had the correct parts?

      Ordered a wheel hub and bearing for my truck. After getting behind on the repair due to the 2 day shipping taking several more days I opened the box to find what appeared to be someone's return. When I pulled the item from the box the sensor was broken from the hub meaning the part was broken and useless. I needed to get this fixed so I bought the hub for more money local so I could go ahead and get it fixed. Called Detroit Axle to get a refund. Had to take pictures and send them. I did this and received a return label. All this was done within the 30 day return timeframe. He said to call later to get a refund which I thought was strange. In todays world why should I have to call back to get a refund? You should receive the return and issue the refund. He did not give a timeframe for this callback. So, numerous attempts to call were made and even chat attempts that left me on hold for hours at a time. I have a job and cannot sit on the phone waiting for an answer all day. It is now July and I tried again and finally got a person. Now they say they cannot issue a refund because it has been too long. So for whatever reason I had to call for a refund and now they say it is too late and will not issue a refund. I demand to be appropriately issued a refund of $65.97 for this disaster order I unfortunately made.

      The seller ( Detroit Axle ) was super late shipping a product. Called and spoke to them, it was promised to be there the next day. It was not! I contacted them through email per ******. The *** from the company told me that they were canceling the order and refunding me. It is twice in the email. They eventually shipped the product and billed me. It was 2 weeks late and they are not ************ of order was June 5th 2025 The order amount was $111.26 The product was promised by June 10th, then the 11th. Item did not show up for another week.I want a refund of $111.26. Business has done nothing. I am not willing to pay for return shipping but will send it back.They said my order was canceled and refunded. It never was.They also advertise fast 2-day shipping on all orders, it is on the banner of their website.

      Order Date: May 7, 2025 Order No: #******* I placed an order directly from their website. The material ordered is for my 2017 **** F-350, dual rear wheel, 4 wheel drive. The site directed me to the "8pc Front & Rear Drilled Slotted Rotors and Ceramic Brake Pads Kit". The kit arrived in 2 separate shipment, of 3 card board boxes which were damaged. I opened on of the boxes to inspect the product and found that the rotors and brake pads had multiple dents and scratches. Detroit Axel packaged the rotors and the brake pads in the same box. That resulted in the brake pads colliding with the surface of rotors during transit. Despite that, I took the boxes to a mechanic for installation, only to discover that, the part will not fit on my vehicle. The mechanic also stated that due to the damages of the rotors and pads, he recommended that they be returned for defects. I contacted "customer service" immediately. I told them that they sent the wrong part. They wanted to see pictures of the damages. I sent them all the information they requested and they sent me return labels to my email address. I shipped the products with the return labels provided on the 5/30/2025. To this date only on package has arrived at the destination (************). I called Detroit Axel again and they informed that they will not give me a refund because the rotor I returned to them was not resaleable. I checked the shipment status at ***** and it shows that all of the packages I returned were not delivered. I call ***** and I was told that Detroit Axel can file claim for the lost shipment. I contacted Detroit Axel again and they are telling me that the rotor the received is "used". I told that I am responsible for any damages to their product during shipment. I have attached the image the rotor they are claiming that I "used". I also attached images of the packaging and rotor that they sent me on. These people are disingenuous. Scammers. I found 100s of complaints online. Shut them down!!!

      I order the part from this company on the 21st of June. The have it on their website today shipping which is why order the parts form them. After a few days if not saying the order move though the the ***** system as it only showed the item label was created I called them. I was then told that the shipments would not be shipped until the 1st July. Which is totally unacceptable as the parts needeed to be here before then and other distributors of the part would have had it here on the 26th of June. I asked if the shipments could be next day air and was told by **** that it was against their policy. I asked to speak with a supervisor in the hopes of escalating this situation to get a acceptable resolution. I was told that the supervisor was unable and he would get to me when he can and there is no estimated time and even so the supervisor is going to tell me exactly what the customer service representative **** was going to tell me or has told me. Then I was asked this could just order the part again and they can next day ship it. I asked since ***** has not even picked up the item why not refund the or transfer the funds to the new order and next day them to me. The idea of me paying for another part just to get it here before the 1st of July does not make any sense to me or anyone to that matter. This will cost me the customer I have that the parts are going to become they messed up. I should not have to lose money and face an unhappy customer for this part. They ********************** should not obtained financial compensation or a profit when I lose mine that's not how business works. What I want it to be compensated for the loss of this project. I ordered the part with the understanding that it would be here in two business days not ************************************************** the information that's applied with the attachments.

      Ordered a 14 piece kit for suspension and delivered only 11 pieces. The only policy they have in writing is a 30 day return policy. They are refusing to provide me with the 3 missing pieces because of this return policy. Return policy doesnt have anything to do with missing items. They do not have a clearly written missing items policy. All I want is the parts I already paid for (inner and outer tie rod and sway bar) and they are refusing to provide them saying its my fault for not contacting them within 30 days. When in reality, it is their fault for not providing them in the first place. And for referring to a return policy as justification why.

      I purchased a power steering pump off ***********, the vendor was Detroit axle. Once I had the part put on, I had to take it back the next day and was told the part was bad. I contacted ******* who told me ( I have the recorded phone call) that I would receive a replacement within 6 days and that I would need to return the other with the label that came with the replacement. Detroit axle then responded and asked for pictures but the part was still on my car and they then said I would have to return it first, so I went to ******** purchased a new one that worked I might add and took the other back to *******. Now the mechanic left the old reservoir attached to there part and I didn't know how to get it off, and the cashier said it was fine and I received a invoice which shows the date of the return within their time frame. Now there saying it's not there part, my guess is because it has the reservoir and I failed to return it during there time frame which is untrue and I can show that. These scammers have refused to return my money. They have there part and I want my money. I should have read the reviews first before purchasing, I see I'm not the first ****** they have done this too and probably won't be the last

      I needed the left front axel for my jeep my son ordered it from Detroit axel on April 5. When we tried to put it in it was the wrong part and it was broken we returned Both axel's to Detroit Axel. They told me they can find the bad axel but cannot find the good one and therefore can't refund me for the good axel they cannot find. They also charged a restocking fee for the bad axel. Now if the axel is broken how can it be restocked. I have been calling them sense 5/23/2025 to get it refunded and always get the same answer "we can't find the axel". I have the receipt from sending both parts back and am still waiting on a refund of $100.00. This is the worst case of customer service I have ever encountered all over $100.00. Which should have been refunded without me having to call them back to begin with, but no in order to get a refund you have to call them.I have spoken to multiple individuals in their customer service department with no resolve I went so far as to ask for a manager call back which has not happened either. This is just a company trying to take advantage of their customers! Therefore I believe they owe me for the Axel they lost as well as the restocking fee.
