  Its one thing to fail a driving test cause you cant drive. Its another thing to fail a driving test because the tester has a thick accent and talks fast and in a way you cant understand them. Terrible people. Go to another place. But you didnt. You are here like me writing another one star review to go along with the countless others.

  90 Dollars and they don't let you practice, they don't give you ANY information about what you're doing wrong, and the instructor claimed I was "under the influence." The worst part is this place somehow managed to come under the recommendation of the Secretary of State, who should be handling driving tests to begin with.

  Worst, do not use!! My daughter was not ready for the road test, But I had scheduled it a week ahead of her birthday... Cancelation POLICY is no refunds within 48 hours of test appointment. I called to cancel 3 times prior to the48 hr dead line. Each time I was told it was cancelled, each time I was told to fill out the refund form, but 3 times I never received it. The 4th time I called, was within 48 hours of the test time, the person was rude, said NO REFUNDS and hung up. I called again and actually got a emailed form to fill out, but it was a word document and was scrambled jibberish! could not fill out or even read it, not a form. I had my bank stop payment, These people are a scam and prey on new, young drivers!!!

  I booked my daughters driving test online. I never received a receipt. We arrived 15 mins early as indicated in the text I received at 5:13am. At 8:39am I called as the instructor was not present. When *** arrived, he took our paperwork and told my daughter to get into their company provided vehicle to begin parking. *** made my daughter more nervous than she already was reading things to her like a robotic Drill *******. After 10 minutes he said she missed 10 points and was done. Asking for more information I was told I would receive a report via email by the end of the day. (I never received anything) I called when I got home and rescheduled for the next day. I asked for a receipt to be emailed to me in which I was told I sent it twice already and I dont know what to tell you (I never received that receipt either) At 10:43am I received another text stating they were cancelling the road test due to weather conditions. It was sunny although we were expecting rain in the afternoon, nothing severe was predicted. I called and spoke to one lady and explained that there was no rain and I wanted to know if I could get this done earlier. She put me on hold and after several minutes another lady picked me up. I explained I was on hold with another person and asked if I had been transferred, she sharply replied, yes. She was rude and didnt want to assist me. ****** said her examiner, ***, told her there were severe thunderstorm warnings in our area and she was going by that. I told her it was sunny here. After explaining that I just wanted to get the test done today as there was no dangerous weather, she said she needed to have a manager call me back. I asked when I could expect a call and she responded I dont know the call ended. No refund, no report, no receipts, and surpriseno call from the manager. If anyone is looking for a road test for their child and you are considering Same Day Road TestRUN! Find a more reputable company that cares about your kids.

  The following are actual occurrences of the instructors behavior and how inappropriate her actions and comments were:- You dont stop at a roundabout, you just go. When my daughter stated but there are other cars the instructor said its yield, not stop you just go. This is a SINGLE LANE roundabout with five cars using the actual roundabout at this time. If my daughter wouldve listened to your instructor, we wouldve got hit. At this roundabout, there is no way to - The speed limit is 45, not 43, not 46, its 45. Every time you are under or over the speed limit thats a point. I understand the importance of going the speed limit. This was said as we were accelerating from a red light, so yes, initially she was going 43. I would like to know what driver consistently goes the EXACT speed limit it at ALL times without going slightly under or over by a speed.- residential neighborhood drive: small narrow roads with cars parked on the street leaving little room for two passing cars to go simultaneously. The instructor scolded my daughter because she waited for the car traveling in the opposite direction to pass so we could go. Not only was she scolded for waiting, she was scolded for not going 25 mph while waiting for the car to pass.- The biggest issue. The instructor instructed my daughter to turn left on Auburn road. The left arrow was yellow, my daughter slowed down. The instructor said, and I quote, Its a flashing yellow, yes flashing, which means caution.After pulling into the school, the instructor said you wouldve passed if you didnt run the yellow arrow. The instructor failed my daughter for turning on a yellow arrow when she explicitly told her to turn. However, proceeded to say she ran a yellow light which is why she failed her.

  I would not even give one star as our appointment we were charged for was not honored. I was charged and received a confirmation email and turned away when we showed up for our appointment. Horrible and rude service.

  I had a wonderful experience with the Same Day Road Test. from scheduling to execution. Genie is a great examiner who makes reasonable and objective assessment. I highly recommend Same Day Road Test.

  My brother-in-law was failed for speeding on 8/10. The tester gave no speed warnings as required by the guide on ********.gov instead she informed him he failed at the end of the 45-minute driving test. She gave no paperwork showing his scores or anything else. I have reached out to the company but my experience mirrors many on this who got nowhere. I may just try to have my credit card cancel payment as this company seems to scam on failing people for no good reasons. I wish I had looked this up before I signed up, but they were the ones who had appointments fast. I guess I know now why that is. How the heck are we supposed to find a testing company that is fair? I don't get why the state thinks having private companies doing the testing where they financially benefit by failing any and all test takers is a good public service idea.

  I would not recommend the Canton Location for road testing. We had a great experience there for drivers training, so we went back for road testing. The person that gave the road test was not someone that I had saw while doing drivers training. She was by far the most unprofessional instructor imaginable. Her name was ************** only got her name after calling to try and speak with management. She didnt tell us her name when she gave the test. She wore a mask and was impossible to hear while giving instructions during the drive. When I ask her to repeat the instructions for my daughter as she couldnt understand her through her mask, she freaked out in our car, telling me that I was not allowed to speak on the road test and that it was an automatic fail for my daughter. At no point did any paper work or the instructor tell me that you couldnt speak at all in the car. She brought my daughter back to the parking lot, told her what a good job she did driving and that she would have passed her, but she failed because her mother spoke out of turn in the car. She was so unprofessional and rude. Not to mention didnt fail my daughter because of her actual driving skills, but held her accountable because she didnt like me speaking up and telling her she couldnt be understood through her mask. I reached out to management by phone, and through email twice and they have yet to return my call or email. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else where you and your child has a good experience. This should be a happy time in a kids life by passing their road test. You dont want someone like ****, ruining that because she doesnt like people or her job.I wanted to add that we went the very next day to another driving school not affiliated with the same day driving. My daughter passed with NO points taken off at all, the instructor was very kind and clear with instructions and also told me that it sounds like we got scammed.

  In ************ they failed my daughter twice so far because the 2 different instructor/testers had different requirements for the parallel parking! One said you can make as many adjustments as you need to park. The other said you can only do it one movement, perfectly. Most adult drivers cannot even do that. Each time $90. They refused a guy in front of us for arriving ON TIME. $90 wasted. I think this place is some kind of rip-off operation.
