If I could leave negative 20 stars, I would. I purchased GAP insurance from Mopar in good faith. In 2021, my car was totaled, and I filed a claim multiple times. Mopar acknowledged my claim, promised a reimbursement check ($3,750), and never delivered. I have written proof they agreed to pay. Despite months of follow-up, including attempts to contact the CEO, I received no resolution. I want a full refund of my GAP claim payout, and compensation for the delay and dishonesty. This conduct is unethical and unacceptable.

Sold my Jeep and I was told to cancel my vehicle protection plan that i paid on monthly. I submitted all required documents just for them to tell me they wont give me any refund, i never used the warranty on it. I've sent multiple emails and none after the first email has been replied to.

Mopar cancelled my warranty and offered me a buyout check. It's been 1 year and I have not received my check. I have called more times than I can count. They claim to have mailed the check four different times and I or my dealer has received this check. I'm now considering legal action. My buyout check is valued at $6500.

A message that should be considered a warning for owners or potential owners of Jeeps. I have owned a Jeep for a long time (15 years) and only recently discovered that you can’t trust the employees and the policies of the Jeep warranty division.
Trust is the most important word when it comes to purchasing anything, especially of magnitude like a vehicle. There is nothing worse than being unable to trust the people and policies that stand behind the Jeep vehicles.
In my specific case I was treated horribly, lied to and in the end unable to communicate with anyone or get any response. It was clear their agenda was to wear me down, forcing me to give up.
This is a sincere warning to anyone who owns a Jeep and hopes to be treated properly by its warranty division.

We purchased the extended warrantee with a money back guarantee if we met the parameters expressed in the contract.1 no claims against the policy for repairs 2 Mileage did not exceed ****** miles 3 you owned the vehicle 8 years. 4 You submitted the claim in accordance with their instructions. All 4 parameters were met. The claim for refund was made on October 21 st .numerous phone calls were made and constant re assurance that the check would be forthcoming. It is now January 7 2025 and the call to Mopar resulted in the same response the check will be mailed in 10 days. This is the 4 such story I was told but still no ************ R.

Purchased a three year Mopar Extended Warranty two years ago.$195/month, or $7000 total.Purchased new tires a few weeks ago and asked the tire guy to do an alignment. He couldnt do the alignment without replacing tie rods and tie rod ******* problem right?Ill take it to the Jeep dealer and let them fix it under warranty. The warranty specifically states coverage for steering components. Also asked the dealer to check the heated seats that sometimes worked, sometimes didnt.Heated seats were also covered in the ************* dealer looked the vehicle over and agreed that the alignment couldnt take place without parts replacement. He also confirmed that the heated seats were faulty.8 days later the entire claim was denied by the warranty group. There was rust on the steering components therefore the parts were not covered.Have you ever seen underbody parts that werent *****, especially on a Jeep Wrangler? The seats worked occasionally therefore it was normal wear and tear.$7000 for a warranty that Mopar had no attention of ever honoring.I immediately canceled the rest of the plan, not wanting to throw good money after bad.Based on this experience Ill never purchase a Jeep/******** product ******** going to try to take them on over this but success is doubtful.Going forward let the buyer beware, and avoid Mopar extended warranties.

I hate to add to the tales of woe over Mopar's "vehicle protection," but like many others, a valid claim for a leaking engine mount was denied. I compromised with the Jeep dealer but then sent Mopar a letter requesting reimbursement for the rental car. I sent the letter on October 7, 2024, and had hoped for a response. The letter was sent because I had waited over an hour for someone to answer, which was the only time I had tried reaching Mopar by phone. I wonder if I will ever hear from them.

I sent receipts in to *** regarding my rental car reimbursement totaling $245.00. I understand that the plan only covers up to $175.00 but I was told that if there are "extenuating circumstances" the plan could pay more. I submitted a letter advising that the dealership had to special order a replacement part and it would take 2 additional days to get my car fixed. (out of my control) I even had the service writer at the dealership mention this in the workorder I submitted. After 2.5 months, I finally got my check and all they sent was $175.00. Pretty poor customer ********************** considering I have purchased 5 Mopar vehicle in the last 20 years and bought the *** each time.

Its been six months and this company hasnt sent me my refund for reimbursement for paying for a rental and getting my car repaired in spite of Mopar approving the repairs. I had to pay out my pocket due my car being in the shop and the company hadnt paid the shop, my vehicle was fixed in three days, I allowed my car to stay in the shop for four extra days thinking Mopar was going to pay, causing me to continually paying for the rental . Each time I reach out to them theyve stated its going to take 30 -45 days.
