This has been my 3rd time buying a car from this business. However this is my first time having issues with their company. I bought a 2006 jeep from this business but the motor went out after having the vehicle for a year. The motor recently went out so I towed it to Detroit City Auto to make sure that that was really the problem. **** stated yes that's the problem however he can junk it for me and sale me another car because it will cost too much to fix the motor. So **** and I made an agreement that he had a 2008 mkz ******* for sale that I can finance so I can have reliable transportation to and from work. The vehicle was priced at $3,000. The paperwork stated the car was priced for $1,285. I gave him $700 from my debt car and the jeep. He stated I now owe $1,900. I bought the car on a Saturday May 6,2023 it needed a water pump Monday May 8,2023. I called Monday he started bring the car the next day. I took the car to the shop Tuesday May 9,2023 at 2:00pm. He stated he never wanted to give me the car and he just wants to give my money back I told him I wanted the vehicle he stated after trying to debet that it would be done Thursday May 11,2023. I called and went to the shop he tried arguing with me again stated he can get more money if he just gives me my money back. I still told him I wanted the car. I left the shop in agreement to him fixing the water pump free. Now he calls today May 17,2023 stating the vehicle is finished but he had to do more work so now I have to give up an additional payment that wasn't a agreement. DON'T BUY ANY VEHICLES FROM THIS COMPANY!!!!
