      I bought a brand new 2018 **** Ecosport and I still have it and I love the vehicle. It has a little over 20K miles on it and I want to retain the vehicle. The problem is there has been an engine part recall on the vehicle for approximately 4 years and no move has been made by **** to rectify this problem. I'm very aggravated and **** needs to do something about remedying this problem. I have contacted an attorney and he is looking to see if there is a class action lawsuit I can join. Supposedly there is danger if this part fails while the vehicle is being driven. Please look into this for me.

      Purchasing a new vehicle is often an exciting experience, but not for us. Recently, we bought a vehicle from *********** in ************, **, and have now encountered a significant inconvenience. Just 10 days after our purchase, the dealership closed its doors without any prior notice. This abrupt closure has left us facing difficulties, particularly for additional service packages. Our package included ten oil changes, which was intended to offer convenience and cost savings. However, with the dealership now closed, we must travel to the nearest dealership for services, which is located in *****************, **. This journey is over an hour away and outside the town where we reside and work. As a result, we are faced with the inconvenience of having to take an entire day off work just to perform routine maintenance, like an oil change. This situation has understandably caused frustration. Had we been informed about the possibility of the dealership's closure, we might have reconsidered our purchase decision. Transparency from the dealership and the manufacturer, in this case, ****, could have prevented the additional hassle we are now experiencing.

      I bought a 2021 **** Bronco Big Bend on the year it came out. Since then, I had so many factory recalls and issues that I cannot keep track of it. Every time I had an issue, and took it to the dealer, I was told that they could not locate the issue or they wanted to charge me for a diagnostic fee. I have been trying to get **** to buy back the car under a lemon law and they always find an excuse. Last time Is spoke to ****, I was told to file a complaint with the BBB. I had issues with breaks (twice), fuel injectors, electrical system, backup camera, idling and stopping while running (yes.... incredible right?), suspension, battery, inside lights, outside lights, rear axle, and many more I cannot even recall. The latest issue is the fact that the *** stops while running. It is crazy and they do not take it seriously. They dont want to take any action and I think they rather for me to have an accident that recognize the ****** has an issue. This is an unsafe car to drive, and I want to be in record and advise other people to be careful with this *** and also tell you that **** or the dealer will avoid at all cost taking care of the issues. They try to cover up the issues with providing me a 75k bumper to bumper warranty but even that plan has several issues and do not cover present issues with the car. Also, they only provide you 10 days of a loaner when the repairs sometimes last 30 days.. you do the math. The idling, RPM going crazy on the car and stopping while driving should be a red flag on the car. If I could give a rating of half star, I would. Please be careful with this ***, looks nice, a lot of people wants it, but at the end of the day, it is full of issues and **** or dealer will not take care of the issues with the car. Right now, I feel like I am taking my own life in my hands every time I drive it. If you decide to buy it, Good luck!

      2021 Mustang Mach-e have major problems, active recalls with no fix, and **** Service and customer care are high unqualified and unprofessional.

      **** towing couldn't find me a tow. After 2 days they said for me to get my own tow and they would reimburse me. I had to be towed from ************ or to ******** or. This was a $2500 tow. They offered me $250 in reimbursement. I had to call another department that gave me $1600 more. So I'm out $650 and hours and hours of my time. If **** ever says they will reimburse you don't believe then it's a lie.

      What a joke. Just purchased a NEW 2024 **** Bronco Badlands 60k vehicle .. spent $$800+ dollars for the 2.7 Performance tune purchased off the **** website selected a dealer from the **** list of dealers. Call the dealership and they tell me they do not install the tune at that location. I call **** ************* and its been horrible!!!! Been on phone 5 times so far. I need help!!! I have a $800 tune that is sitting at a dealership that wont install it.. i am being told that if i pick it up and take it to another **** dealership Ill have to pay another installment fee which i already paid can someone help? My 1st **** and its been a horrible experience!!!

      I bought a bronco 2024 on December 3, 2024 Two weeks after I bought it, I got raining water leaking through my roof.I took it to the car dealer 4 times to fix it.The first three times they were blaming on me.They gave me all this excuse as possible for no fix it for the fourth time they realize that they were a problem. they duplicate the issue, but they guess him the problem. Also had a problem with one of the driver side door hitting the fender and paint peeling the paint off. Also, they fix it. I got windshield crack that they call stress crack, but they told me that the warranty doesnt cover Now the back door(gate door) is making a lot of rattle noise. I called for company and pretty much they said that nothing I can do.

      As a local business owner and a two-time customer at this location, I feel obligated to share my experience and strongly caution anyone thinking of doing business ******* 2021 F-150 Lariat, which I only ever serviced at **** ***** **** ******************* since purchasing it there, just suffered complete engine failure at only ****** miles.Over the past year, I brought my truck in 67 times, repeatedly voicing concerns about oil issues. Ive been religious about oil changes every ***** - 3000 miles without fail. On one occasion, I even brought the truck back the next day after an oil change because the oil light came on, and it felt like they forgot to put oil in at all. I cant prove that but I thought it then, and I really think it ******* here I am, a week without my vehicle, no loaner, no real answers, and theyre telling me theres a chance it might not be covered under the 103k-mile powertrain warranty. Thats right a 2021 truck with full records, bought and serviced exclusively at this dealer, and they're acting like replacing a failed engine might not be their responsibility.This is completely unacceptable. If this is how they treat loyal customers, imagine how theyll treat you.Disclaimer 1: I never missed or delayed an oil change. I even brought the truck in within 24 hours after the oil light came on immediately after their service.Disclaimer 2: I want to support American products. I like ****. But this is what Im getting in return.Disclaimer 3: This truck has never been touched by any other mechanic or shop **** ***** **** of ******************* has been the only place its ever been serviced.************, ** - I love America - but not a the cost of being a fool

      I am a long time **** customer. We have purchased 6 ***** in the last 10 years.I have purchased my last **** because of ****'s ******************************* when you call the factory to express a complaint The lady basically argued with me about my troubles rather than empathetic responses and an attitude of we are.going to get you straight Mr. ******* I will never buy another ****

      I trusted **** with my vehicle, but after receiving two faulty replacement engines, they outright denied me a rightful buyback under the Arkansas Lemon Law. I gave them every chance to fix whats clearly a manufacturing defect, but **** chose to ignore the law and deny my ******** no rookie once I mentioned the ********-**** Warranty Act and my intention to take legal action, suddenly things got quiet. Its shameful that a company of ***** size treats customers this way, forcing people to fight just to get what theyre legally owed.If you want a company that stands behind their product and respects your rights, look elsewhere. ***** denial of responsibility and refusal to honor warranty obligations after multiple engine failures is *************** prepared to pursue every legal avenue to get justice. Ford: shape up or be held accountable.
