My husband and I have been working with ****** at Senior Care for several years. We were completely satisfied with his service. He was able to help us with our retirement planning in a way we both understood. When my husband passed away, I would have been completely lost without all his help. He came to my home several times with all the forms I needed to complete concerning my husband's ************** His had deep compassion and understanding of my situation. He helped me fill out all the necessary paperwork for his company and even took the time to call the appropriate people that weren't part of Midland National to help with questions (mostly because he is a lot smarter than me about all this stuff). At the end of his visit all I had to do was fill out the envelopes and mail them. He gave me piece of mind that everything was going to be OK. He also double checked that what I have for my retirement plan was the best for me in my new life moving forward. I would highly recommend Senior Care. They are the best!!Review from Richard W

I have worked with this group for several years. They are fantastic, as they really assisted me in preparing myself for long term care protection. They also walked me through my current portfolio as to the risk I was in and they tailored a plan that was right for me. As their tagline states, Protecting your Retirement for over two decades! They surely assisted me! I would and have recommended them to several of my friends.Review from Susan D

I found that they do not want to answer questions and will not return your calls if you ask them too many questions. Annuities are confusing and complicated, so I wanted to be sure I understood what they had to offer. I dont know anyone who has money invested with them, so I needed to get all the details directly from them. This was not possible. If you want to just hand your money over to them and trust them completely, you may be happy with them. I was not.

Thank you for the opportunity to respond to ***** DeGroffs concerns. ***** first meet with one of our associates, who spent a few hours of his time attempting to help ***** with her needs and questions. Unfortunately we were not able to assist ***** due to her investment constraints, suitability (is this an appropriate investment for this individual?) Also the companies themselves have minimum investment requirements.Our associate did let ***** know that this investment wasnt ideal for her and she did no meet the minimum investment requirements for this vehicle. In addition ***** called our office and spoke with our managing partner as well as our owner and both echoed the sentiment of her initial conversation with our associate. We appreciate Susans interest in our company and would be open to working with her in the future if her situation changes.
