    In 2016, Igor Gozman and North Bloomfield properties entered an agreement where North Bloomfield's responsibilities were to collect and disburse rents, over see and supervise
    maintenance, screen potential tenants, fill vacancies. Instead of fulfilling their responsibilities and agreements, they side blinded Igor with over$12,000 of costs due to the North Bloomfield's own negligence in collecting rent end enforcing the legal agreement. They are now continuing to harass Igor for payment for costs that were never provided to him upfront or discussed in detail prior to them being accrued. When this was brought up to the manager it was advised that ' the money is due and it's not my problem' depsite numerous attempts from January 2025 begging the property management company to fulfill their promised business practices which they failed to do and now have resorted to unethical harassment in May of 2025 for over $12,000 of overdue rent that they were supposed to collect to provide to Igor. Not only did Igor lose several months of rental income due to their negligence, but they are now charging him exorbitant costs for their failures.

    Ms. Gozman,

    With all due respect, who are you? You have had nothing to do with
    this property and have no idea what you are talking about. 
    We have had a great business relationship with your father for 9
    years. Now you just popped up out of nowhere to make this totally outrageous
    and slanderous false accusation about our company, completely misrepresenting
    everything, just to try to not pay a small bill you owe us to close out the
    account?
    I strongly recommend you take advice from an attorney before
    you falsely accuse us of stealing anyone's money or lying about what someone
    told you on the phone. Your actions are disgusting. Go find someone else to
    swindle.
    We expect payment in full on this account immediately.

    On the first of August I attempted to pay my monthly rent to this company.I moved in the house in May 2023 on a 2 year least.At that time the company was under a different address sometime time in 2024 they moved to a new address.I had a online banking checking account with citizen bank which I paid my rent from.At some point in ***************************** to change my online address for them because my payment was going to their old address.While trying to pay my online rent for August and change to the new address I inadvertently sent them 2 checks for august rent for ******* after being alerted by the bank that my account was overdrawn meaning there was not enough in to cover both checks I called and asked to return my second check sent by mistake.They refused leaving me with no money to live on forcing me to borrow on my high interest credit card and paying an overdrawn fee,saying they would apply it to Sep rent which was not their decision to make because Sep rent was not yet due

    We have been trying to help this tenant, however, we need to be sure that nothing bounces back on our end.  We cannot refund money we do not have.  We were in the process of communicating with this tenant when this complaint was lodged.  Also, the payment would be $1350 not $2700, I am confused.  The tenant made 2 payments of $1350, one for Aug rent and then paid it again, not sure how this equates to a $2700 refund.
